This is why people leave AFF...(or why they lock up their fics like I have)
Some of you may or may not have noticed that I’ve put the majority of my fics on friends-only. There is a reason for that, and if you would like to know, please read on.
Before we start, let me warn you this will be kind of long and while I won’t be using foul language, I will most definitely be using strong language.
A couple of weeks ago, I was minding my own business when I get these wall posts from someone we’ll refer to as “UsernameC”.
Remember, I was minding my own business, but this wall poster insisted. Okay then, what was the issue? Here’s a private message I got from this person (note how they no longer decided to post publicly on my wall).
I’m not even going to talk about the feelings I had when I read this message.
Note how this person (and I use that term very loosely) said it (at this point, I’m not going to use human personal pronouns; undeserved) changed usernames twice (I put in UserA for the original username and UserB for the new username) and that it is contacting me with some other random account.
The username change is significant and will be referred to later.
Suffice to say, my reply does not convey the intensity of the feelings I had. See how I very clearly asked if it had read my fic after it was pointed out that the fic it “wrote” bore similarities to mine:
Its reply?
Hmm, apparently, aside from theft, it also wants to try its hand at comedy! So, then, I had this exchange with it:
I underlined its answers and the date the message was sent on. It clearly says that it read my fic around April or May of this year; this year being 2014.
But what was left on Sweetest Vengeance, the fic that was plagiarized on Christmas Eve of 2013 (such a greeeaaaat gift, by the way)? This comment:
Oh, and who does it happen to be from?
UserA—whom this thief of barely borderline intelligence and absolutely no morals has admitted to being.
How do you comment on a fic one year before you supposedly ever read it?
At this point, you’re probably asking yourself, “Well, it this waste of space actually a thief? Maybe you’re just exaggerating. Maybe, like it says, there was just some sort of ‘misunderstanding’.”
Okay then, I’ll give you the evidence that was presented to the moderator who made the decision to take the thief’s ‘fic’ down, and I will give it to you without any kind of commentary, other than clarifying remarks. You be the judge of whether I was robbed or not.
My fic is called Sweetest Vengeance, and it’s about a messed-up Myungsoo, son of a rich CEO, who believes his stepmother is the reason his mother left him. He seeks his vengeance against her daughter, his stepsister, an OC by the name of Yoon Hye In. He abuses her for 5-6 years and she runs away to Jeju Island to escape him. When the story starts, she has been in hiding from him on the island for a year.
The fic the thief ‘wrote’ also features Myungsoo as a crazed, obsessed stepbrother looking for a stepsister who ran away after years of abuse to an island, where she has been hidden for a year.
I will present some excerpts from my fic and the thief’s.

Also, in my fic, Myungsoo has certain rules that he enforces with his stepsister.

Those are just the ones in the report that got the fic removed.
Now, you tell me…was there a ‘misunderstanding’?
According to UsernameC, however:
If this was unintentional, every real writer on AFF better watch out for when this prokaryote ever decides to earnestly steal from you.
Also, how laughable is that last line? The only thing anyone has ever tried to take away from you, you sad little bottom-feeder, is your sense of basic decency, and that was only taken from you because they realized you weren’t doing anything with it anyhow.
I feel extreme pity for whoever wasted their time, energy, and effort in raising you, because ultimately, they would’ve been better off investing all those resources into a buffalo, since he/she can do labor and be butchered for meat later. In other words, he/she wouldn’t have been a waste of space or oxygen.
All my readers can thank this boil that requires lancing for the friends-lock I’ve put on nearly all fics and any future fics I will be sharing on this site. Not only did it steal from me once, but using its new account, it tried to subscribe to the fic it pilfered from (did it want to steal from me some more?) as well as another fic. I just don’t feel secure about leaving things out there when I’m not sure who I’m sharing with.
The only fics that will be open from now on are entries for ongoing contests (those are seen by plenty of people, so what fool would try to steal them?) and my compilation of posts about Sunggyu. If you feel even the need to steal a fangirl’s gushing over her bias, if you can’t even utilize the one brain cell I’ll give you credit for having, then I’d suggest you quickly save up some money and get yourself sterilized. Your genetic material needs to be eradicated post-haste from the gene pool.
I’m sorry for everyone who reads, subs, upvotes, and comments on my stuff and had nothing whatsoever to do with this debacle. I've lost the will to write for the time being and am just going to focus on the real life stuff I've been procrastinating over.
I thought this was all done, was prepared never to think of it ever again, and, if you’re friends with me and/or read my blog posts, you’ll see I was prepared to let sleeping (lying, thieving) dogs lie. I didn’t start this, but I’m sure as heck going to end this.
And to you, you lying, thieving poor imitation of a human being: I’ve temporarily unblocked your primary account. If you’re as innocent as you claim, then you’ll have no problem commenting on this blog post with it and explaining yourself, won’t you?
If, however, you continue to make your ludicrous claims via PM…well, then, why don’t you add coward to liar and thief, so there won’t be any misunderstanding about just the type of ‘person’ you are?
