Regarding the scandal’s in kpop this year.

At this point it has been confirmed that Jessica is no longer a part of SNSD; truth be told I am not mad as a fan, more so a person in general. Hell, I’m not even mad, or surprised as the way the world is very rarely surprises me.

You know, most people look at this kind of thing from a fan’s perspective, disregarding feeling’s all together. Like sure, you as fans are sad for Jessica, you’re sad that she’s not going to be a part of the group any longer and etc. but it’s more than that. As I’ve stated before I’m not much of an SNSD fan but they were one of the first groups I listened to and this isn’t even just about them but idol’s in Kpop and idols in general.

There’ve been a lot of scandal’s this year (too many to list) and we as fan’s do nothing but sit back shaking our heads in disappointment, or in some cases crying and screaming at our laptops, depending I’m sure. So taking into consideration what these people, as idol’s in the spot light, as human beings with feelings as real and as prominent as every other human being in the world you can’t help but feel for them. What they have to go through, sometimes alone even, it’s heartbreaking. And I get it, fans are mad, frustrated, devastated and you may feel like there is nothing you can do but trust me there is and it’s a little word called support.

It’s really something isn’t it? People and the way they can go from being those you’ve known for years to the biggest strangers you’ll ever come across, it’s cruel.

Also, due to the fact that I don’t know everything about the situation and there are always three sides to a story, one being the truth and the other two being the parties involved, I can’t say anything without taking a side which could very well be the one at fault. But from the stand point of someone who keeps reading scandal after scandal I can say certain, if not all, entertainment companies need to shape the Hell up and stop treating their employee’s like trash and start treating them with respect, like they should be.

Fair contracts, no lies and no abuse.

It’s just sad that the world is the way it is; stepping on other’s to get ahead is a piss poor way to live and those who do should be ashamed of themselves. But hey, karma’s a and one day it’ll bite you in the , or y’know, in the pocket.

I won't lie, when I first read Jessica's statement, I was pissed as I'm sure most were. I'm not a hardcore sone, but they were my first group and Jessica was my first bias. They hold a special place for me. So with all that happened I immediately took on to support Jessica. I never hated SNSD I still don't, but I feel like I should have taken more things into consideration. I made a post on tumblr that only two brave souls were up to disagree with me. (but to be honest their points were invalid) Basically I said that Taeyeon as the leader could have tried to keep the girls together. Obviously we don't know if she did or not, but I feel if she did something along the lines of it's either jessica or all of us this wouldn't have happened. I know I'm stretching kind of far but yea... I made it seem that it was clearly the members' fault that she was put out, but I know SM had something to do with it.

I was just too blinded by my anger to get everything out clearly.

There really have been a lot of scandals in kpop and I am glad someone looks at it from a respective point of view instead of jumping the gun and taking sides. Thank you^ *claps*
