SM Entertainment.

Do not bash or say something rude after you read this.

Jessica was my first bias in SNSD. SNSD was the first KPOP group that I knew back to 4 years ago. Without GG, I wouldn't be able to be in KPOP World. GG, the 9 amazing girls who had done so much to us. Especially Jung Jessica who's known as the ice princess but she's the kindest and prettiest in GG for me. Words couldn't describe how I feel now. SM is just too- ugh. How SM treated their talented artists were not as good as how they should. Lets flashback to some SME artist who left SME and became really succeess now.

Anyone remember the old and complete TVXQ? The group who was formed by 5 guys before but ended up having only 2 guys? Yes, the 3 past members who had left, those members were Hero Jaejoong, Micky Yoochun, and Xiah Junsu. They are no other than JYJ now. Three of them got their own luxury cars, investation and they made a lot of money themself.

Anyone remember HanGeng? As of September 27, 2011, Han Geng and SM Entertainment have officially come to a mutual agreement regarding Han Geng's contract, closing the case. Han Geng will not continue his exclusive contract with SME and no longer has any legally binding connection with SME, as stated by Yue Hua Entertainment, Han Geng's current management company. But guess what? HanGeng became a really successful actor now. A lot of people knew him and he gained a lot of money and popularity.

Anyone remember Kris? The Canadian-chinese guy who was in EXO?  He left EXO not long time after their comeback, Overdose. Kris is a really talented person with his charming face, smile, voice and also the derp personality of him. He filled the lawsuit on May 15 because SME didn't treat him like a human, only forcing him to work harder and harder without worrying at him first. But guess what? Kris is going to be a really sucessful actor like HanGeng in his upcoming movie, "Somewhere that We only Know".

And today, 30th of September, SME releases the official statement regarding Jung Jessica and GG.

The statement reads,

"Hello. This is SM Entertainment.

We are offering our position on the words posted on Jessica's Weibo today.

This coming spring, due to her personal situation, she notified us she will halt her team promotions with the release of one [more] album.

Despite Jessica's sudden notice, the agency and the Girls' Generation members tried our best and tried to figure out a way that Girls' Generation's activities can continue in the best possible direction.

However, in the midst of insufficient negotiations regarding conflicts of differences in priorities and interest, Jessica started her fashion business. Due to this, despite ongoing talks, it has come to a point where the team could not be maintained.

Thus, the agency had no choice but to pull up Girls' Generation's activities as 8 members earlier than planned, and in the midst of while working out when to announce this, Jessica had posted her words early this morning.

From here on, our agency will continue to support and manage the 8-member Girls' Generation and Jessica's individual activities."

If Jessica wouldn't leave the agency, it would be great but after they spent 7 years being together as OT9. GG wouldn't be the same as the old GG because one of them left. But however, as a SONE, we need to support both Jessica and SNSD, right?

SM would be really stupid to lost them, eh? But well, we would never know the truth behind it. Who's right and who's wrong. Let karma do its own job.

Argh I would have thought after the Kris and EXO incident that the company would have changed its behaviour. Well apparently not *sigh*. We'll see how things happen and Jessica should be fine, Kris, Hangeng and the members of JYJ made it without SM so what's to say she can't?

Wait what!?! Jessica's leaving?!?! If she is, then SM is really ed up this year. First, they ing abused Kris into leaving, then ed up SNSD and EXO promos with the ByunTae scandal, and now they're ing letting Jessica leave?! Im so ing confused and angry

I'm supporting all members no matter what. I'm always with them. They were the first girl group that I love when I came into kpop. ❤️❤️❤️ I ignore haters and probably will ignore controversies with SNSD. I wanna be a loyal fan to them.

Sorry, if I went against all the other comments about how it was SM's fault but really looking at the big picture, I think Jessica isn't too upset about it. She's happy with what she's doing. She might be a upset that she will no longer be with her group mates as often after such a long time together. I admit SM has been stupid in many cases but not as stupid in this case.

I don't think it was anybody's fault really. I think SM thought it was best because Jessica really seems to be interested in her new hobbies. Apparently, she had just come back from New York and while she was there, was looking for schools. (for fashion I think) Even though, Jessica might have been surprised, I think this does not belong to the "SM-kicking-out-members" label. This was more like, oh, ok Jessica likes this more and has less interest in being an idol. Overall, I'm happy for Jessica because she seems really happy running her fashion line. Being an idol I think is a big commitment and I'm happy if she feels like a burden is lifted of her shoulders.

I'm really sad.... T____T did you see Jessica's posts on Weibo?
She didn't wan't to leave, she got kicked out. And I srsly don't understand SM.... she's not in the group anymore but still under the company??

I really agree with you....SME doesn't even care about their artists but only push them to work harder to gain money from them....Onew had been sick since last year but only got to know his serious injury this year and undergo surgery...If only SME didn't push him too hard, maybe he won't be that bad...And lately, Luhan had also become sick because of their non-stop world tour... I hope SME will think about taking care of their artists before the fans begins to burn the building...
