So I've been in a slump and I decided it's time I force myself out of it. I read a lot of poetry and short stories yesterday which got my creative juices flowing, and I wrote a poem that I'm going to edit maybe tomorrow and put it up somewhere. I think I'm going to call it either Peculiar or The Problem With Heaven so yeah I'm excited about that.

Then in English I decided I didn't really want to talk about Hawthorne anymore and decided to write a short drabble where some members in exo are trying to finish a project or smth and Baek thinks Hawthorne is making a reference to Lord of the Rings despite the fact that LOTR was written long after Hawthorne's time. I'm gonna stick it somewhere (probably in the beginning) of a new college au fic.

Also I think the fact that I now have a purple fountain pen that I love writing with is getting me out of my funk, too.
