When I read this I was just...

Society is ed up.

I literally sat there staring at my phone screen with my mouth hanging open in shock and horror and disgust.  I don't even listen to ZE:A, but I know that all kpop groups go through unimaginable hardships... our idols work hard... it's not easy, living the life they have to live every day.  And I will always admire them for going through so much and still being able to smile brightly onstage for their fans.

To say the very least, being forced into ual acts by their entertainment companies doesn't exactly make their lives easier.

From what Junyoung said on Twitter, it looks like Star Empire Entertainment (the company that ZE:A is under) might be "XX Entertainment", and the CEO could be their idols and mistreating them in unimaginable ways.

However, this is still uncertain.  It could be purely coincidence, but you never know.  For all we know, XX Entertainment could be YG, SM, JYP, or any other company out there.

It doesn't matter what XX Entertainment's identity really is, or what kpop groups they manage.  They deserve to be exposed IMMEDIATELY.  NO IDOL OR TRAINEE should EVER have to go through what that anonymous ex-trainee went through, or what everyone else in XX Entertainment is going through right now.  Assuming these horrible rumors are true and the CEO really is his/her idols/trainees, HE/SHE DESERVES TO BE PUNISHED FOR COMMITTING SUCH A HORRENDOUS CRIME.  And if he/she gets away with this, that just shows how cruel society is to others.

I know that many of us (including me) love our idols to death and want them to continue producing music and having concerts and doing fanservice and whatnot.  But if all entertainment companies are like this to their idols, that is just not acceptable.  Any company that treats their idol like this deserves to be torn down.

Maybe this is just me being selfish.  But any kpop idol that is mistreated by their company should have the right to break their contracts and just leave.  It doesn't matter what group or company they're in.  Idols should stand up to their companies if they mistreat them.  They're human beings.  And they have the right to speak for themselves.  They need to let the fans and the public know about this.

Remember what happened with Kris of EXO a few months back?  In short, he said that SM was being unfair to him, and he developed medical problems because of that.  A similar case happened to Hangeng of Super Junior in 2009.  If they were both telling the truth, then they have the right to be able to speak out against their company and leave.  They're still humans.  And they don't deserve to undergo such hardships.  They did the right thing in my opinion, leaving because of unfair contracts.

To the fans who hate Kris and Hangeng for doing so:

Your idols do not exist to make you happy.  They have their own lives too.  They can do whatever they want to do.  They shouldn't have to stay in their companies and get beaten or overworked or harrassed or even  just to make you happy.  These are quotes from "Individual X", taken directly from the articles posted above.

"One of my close unni who already debuted with a group that wasn’t too popular was asked to meet someone [from the company] and then returned the same day with face injuries wanting to commit suicide.”

”I have to do what I’m told by my company, and if I don’t they will release me. So all of us had no choice but to do it.”

Honestly, if Super Junior turned out to be a group under XX Entertainment, I wouldn't mind at all if they all just quit and formed a company of their own or something.  And this is coming from a hardcore ELF.  If Super Junior or any other group out there is being mistreated, THEY NEED TO SPEAK UP AND TELL SOMEONE SO THAT THE REST OF THE FANS AND THE PUBLIC CAN REBEL AGAINST THOSE COMPANIES AND SHUT THEM DOWN.

Think.

If your favorite kpop group turned out to be a victim of XX Entertainment, would you want them to suffer like this for any longer?

I hope that if this report turns out to be true, whoever XX Entertainment is, they will be exposed as soon as possible and put out of business.  And I genuinely hope that everyone else out there, all the kpop idols and trainees that are being mistreated.  All the music industries in the world, not just kpop.  And not just in the music industry either.  All the businesses/companies out there who mistreat their employees.  I hope that they will speak out if they know someone who is/was in the position of Individual X, or if they are in Individual X's position right now.

Note:  Please do not bash or hate on me if you disagree with my opinion because these are my thoughts, not yours.  I'm just ranting about how I feel about this.  You are entitled to your own opinion, and I respect that entirely.
