I don't know if you would do this but I do this when I download K-Drama's for my mom. And it also depends on how good you are with basic technology.
I use my iPad and have an app called VDownload+. It is an orange icon win a screen and an arrow under it. + is the paid Ver, it costs $4.99 US in the App Store, i think. If you get the free version, you can only download a certain amount of videos. But you can always save it to your camera roll and transfer it onto your computer to save memory on your iPad.

You can download anything from youtube or any kdrama sites (I've tried Dailymotion but it doesn't work for me).
So, just look up any drama site that you watch dramas on (I use Dramacool.com because they sub pretty quickly and the episode isn't cut into parts). Play the video, then select the download option in bright red.
It should download the video then. The only downside to this app is that it has to be left open when you download the video, or else it stops download and can even stuff up the video and make it unplayable.
Once it's downloaded, you can watch it offline and save it to your camera roll and transfer it to your computer. I recommend you take note of the title of the video because it saves to your camera roll with the basic camera roll titles (eg; MG_1948)

Yeah, that was a pretty long comment but I really recommend Dramacool. It's easy to use, in my opinion, works just about every time and it's just amazeballs. XD

d-addicts: http://www.d-addicts.com
asia torrents: http://www.asiatorrents.me/index.php (have to maintain a good seeding ratio to be able to download)
They both have English subs but I get my perfectly synced subs at: http://subscene.com/

I usually just stream from dramafire, and use an add-on on my mozilla firefox browser called downloadhelper.

Do you have BitTorrent or any other program that use torrents? Because then d-addicts.com is great

Try torrents! kickass! But some of the subs, you have to DL on your own. You can get them at subscene.
