To my favorite shop EVAR We Got Fired,

Wow, I'd have never guessed that you all have only been around for a year! It feels like you've been here forever (well, at least to me).

I first found out about this shop when I saw posters from a multitude of featured stories and thought, wow, they're lucky people to have such artistic and expressive posters! I took a look at the shop, but every time I clicked the link, it'd say "closed", and I'd feel just a bit sad.

Weeks and weeks (okay, months) passed, and to be honest, I started requesting posters from other, smaller shops. I was planning the day when I'd finally request from WGF, but I wanted to at least kind of know what I was doing because I thought that such a popular, busy shop wouldn't have time for such noobiness (lol, is that even a word?) However, after having requested quite a few times from here, I quickly learned that WGF would have welcomed anyone, and this brings me to my next point (smooth transition ftw)

There are so many things I have to say about this shop, but often, I can't find the right words. Good? Nah. Excellent? Doesn't cover everything. Perfect? Nah (sorry, I don't believe in perfection, but you all are pretty high up there, with Shisus and friends) So, I'll my best...

The Posters I don't even know where to begin with this topic. Every poster I've received from this shop has been so beautiful and well made. It's as if the designer him/herself wrote the story and created the poster, because I never find a single thing to complain about. You know about subject-verb agreement, right (sorry to bring up grammar and school stuff)? Well, I've come up with the theory of story-poster agreement. I've had some posters from other shops that don't exactly match up with what I had in mind (given, designers are only working with instructions and their own imaginations, but still.) WGF, however, always seems to nail it right on the head. Not only is the quality exceptional, but the willingness to change, tweak, and perfect the poster even after it's done is outstanding. Never have I met another shop whose designers are so helpful and so willing to work with the customer to produce the perfect poster.

The Staff Now, I can't speak for the staff as a whole, seeing as I have only had posters made by 4-5 (maybe 6?) different designers, but I'll speak based on my experiences with them. As I briefly mentioned before, I have never worked with a friendlier, more helpful, and more willing staff than those from WGF. I feel as though WGF promotes a more friendly, personal customer-designer relationship than other shops. The designers are always so kind and always make sure to check with you if pictures/quotes/anything needs to be changed. They work with the customer and (from what I've experienced), include everything requested of the poster. Sometimes, they'll even go above and beyond what's asked and creates something even better.

*pause- I'm so sorry if some of this doesn't make complete sense, I feel like I'm ranting orz. Anyway, back to le letter.

Um, so yeah. There's so much more I want to say, but my mind's gone blank and yeah.

My favorite poster from WGF is currently from this story. I'm so sorry that I haven't kept up on my stories and whatnot, but I feel like I've finally found my inner writer again and I hope to get back to updating really soon!

All in all, I want to thank WGF for everything- from the quick service, to the wonderful posters, to the amazingly friendly staff, I couldn't ask for a better shop!
