JOLet me rant out how difficult the process to be an EXO-L

when the first time they open the exo-L fanpage, i cant even join ;uu; 3 and then i wait for another week, And i finally can sign up !!! BUT i cant access the EXO-L CARD ;uu;

I tried, and tried again for 1 week. But nothing happen ;AAAAAAAA; 
I was part of 1.000.000 member before /whines/

After tired waiting, I re-join with another email and !!! HOORRAAAYYYY !!! 
IM OFICIALLY EXO-L MEMBER and I got the CARD TOO !!!!
