A fic idea...

 

So I have this rather peculiar idea.

It'd take a lot of hard work and I'd have to focus a lot but I really want to try it!

 

I want to try doing an interactive fic.

 

My idea: It'd start off with the main story - one character's life to let you get to know him. He'd interact with other's and allow you to see what he's like. 

But then it'd get to a part in the story where the reader would have to make a choice.

 

For example: 

Character 2 asks Character 1 (the main character) on a date. Does Character 1 accept or no?

 

This is just an example.

But it'd give the reader (YOU) a choice. If you like Character 2 then you'd pick yes, if you don't then you'd pick no. The question will be at the end of the chapter and will require the reader to make a comment with which one they pick. Then, I will reply with the link to the story that follows the choice you chose which will give you the idea that YOU control the story. 

 

I want there to be a lot of choices.

I will have to make up a lot of different documents but I think it'd be fun to try!

 

What do you guys think?

 

UPDATE: I just saw the choice to make a story INVITATION-ONLY which means only users that i choose to allow to see the story will be able to see it. Your username will be added to the list in which you can continue your progress :)

It would be my first time doing something like that and I'm quite excited!
It's going to be hard to be "updated" because I start my last year of Uni next month but.. yeah I'm in! :3
