Soo.. I was applying as Taeyang on an rp on rpr and in that roleplay he happened to have clinical depression. One of the requirements for the application was too give a background on the character and this is what happened when I started making up one.

Youngbae has always had a pretty decent life. He had a good family, trustworthy friends and has always managed to do pretty well in school.He was a happy child too. He always wanted to go out and do things and never liked staying at home. But around age 12 or 13 he started to feel sad for no reason. He became withdrawn from a lot of things. He never wanted to go anywhere with his family or hangout with his friends like he used to. He just wanted to stay at home in his bed underneath the covers all day. He didn't understand why he was feeling this way because compared to some people he had a great life. After a while his friends and family started to notice that he never wanted to do anything anymore they thought that he might be suffering from depression. So they decided to take him to go see a psychologist and that's when he was diagnosed with clinical depression. He started taking medication for it and seeing a therapist 3 times a week but those things didn't seem to be working. As time went on the depression started getting worse. It became so bad that he started thinking about hurting himself and started having thoughts of suicide. Eventually around the age of 18 he did attempt suicide. He ended up in the hospital for a few days but was eventually released. A few months later, a little after his 19th birthday, he attempted suicide again, only this time he was kept under suicide watch for a few days. After his release from the hospital thing seemed to be getting better for him. He had started taking his medication and seeing his therapist again. But then his depression became bad again. He attempted suicide again and after his last attempt he was placed in the psychiatric ward once more, but this time he has no idea how long he'll be in there.
