anyone they remind you of Kpop fans? whelp, they should remind you of G-Dragon and T.O.P from the Fantastic Baby time period

i shouldn't be surprised, Monty (the man who came up with the idea for RWBY in the first place) is from South Korea so *shrug* kind of figures that he'd find some kind of insperation in kpop. don't know the GD inspired character's name, but the one with blue hair is called Neptune. haven't gotten to know much about him, but he seems cool
