Help please

I kind of need help looking for someone who can make layouts, and who can help with some advertising, I usually dont need help with this because I know people but since they are either in summer school or camp or have a summer job they cant help -cries- 

I need the layout and adversisment for a roleplay thats very fun and not really active as before but Its a really good roleplay with fun people, we have our Doe eyed babyfaced Luhan as our Admin and our Cold City Boy L as our other admin and their newest admin Secrets PrettyPretty Hana, 

If you guys know anyone who does good layouts or if you do layouts can you please help me -puppy eyes- and I can work on the advertisment myself...
