is there such a thing as true 'good' and true 'evil' in this world?

or are the titles awarded according to who won what war or who has greater numbers/power?

if you answer, please explain your reasoning.

True evil is Satan
Jk ... kind of.
People can be good but I wouldn't say true good to describe people because people always have greed and a bad side so....

True evil ... that shouldn't describe someone because some people are mere psychopaths

True good, true evil? No one is just good or bad, they are have goodness and badness. What do we use to define good or bad?
