Hi everyone, can i ask for help? fic search?.... i don't remember the author nor the title, but i remember some part on that story, i just want to read the story again, so please help me?

anyways, this is what i remember: jaejoong lost his necklace, the place they were at, was covered with snow, and yunho went looking for it, jaejoong got worried because yunho hasn't return so he came looking for yunho and found the latter lying on the ground motionless. yunho later on was sent to the hospital, and jj was worried of course, and the rest is blurred but i remember yunho's determination to get his necklace back jaejoong because its important to jj, its like connected to his mother?.. and later on he forgave yunho?. so does this ring a bell? i know its a little blur, but this are all i remember... please help me, i just want to read this fic again, thankies in advance ^-^
