• ○ bracelets :: she's a collector; charm bracelets, beads, strings, anything. she uses two or three on her left wrist everyday.

• ○ knitting :: learned it when she was on highschool; it's unexpectedly amusing?

• ○ knitting :: in her free times, she usually does it. making some scarf or warm beanies - which usually ends up unused on her wardrobe.

• ○ playing rock paper scissors :: not a hobby but she likes to challenge anyone whenever she's bored since she's good in this thing. she sometimes make it a bet with her only friends, the matchers. 'if i win you clean the place today' or stuffs like that haha.

Personality: 

Seol Hyebin is a quiet girl. it's not like she's shy or something, she just enjoys being alone. she doesn't talk much, but when she does, she says the things bothering her minds bluntly. she also rarely smiles; except when she finds thing really funny or amusing and to her close friends. it's why people often think of her as a rude and arrogant girl - which she actually is. a bit. she doesn't make friends much; there's a reason why her friends are only from the matchers. 

However, despite to all her minus, she's a nice girl. she's a good listener and a great secreet keeper; the one her friends come to whenever they have problems. she's an autonomous girl; doing things on her own and doesn't like to bother other people. she's hardworking, helpful and kinda caring, especially to her loved ones. she often simply texts the other matchers, 'have you eat?'. 

Overall, Hyebin is just a sweet girl who has a great personality but choose to hide behind the cold mask of hers.

 

Background: 

Hyebin was born on Seoul. her mother died when she gave birth to Hyebin, so she lives with her dad only. when she was 12, her dad decided to get married again and he asked his sister-in-law, her wife's younger sister to take care of Hyebin. since then, she lives with this aunt.

When she entered high school, she got a best friend. and there's this one particular boy who's nice to her; they got on a relationship soon after. she spent her days happily until some day on her 2nd grade, she found out that her boyfriend is cheating; with her so called bestfriend. since that, the bubbly girl changed to this cold person. it's the main reason that she had trust issues. she doesn't believe in friendship anymore - and what is love again? lies?

Until she got into college; she met this person, the leader, who taught her what a true friendship is. she started believing again - and that's how she ended up on the matchers store; because the leader found this some sort of matchmaking talent inside her.

Seol Hyerin / 32 / Aunt

8 out of 10. Hyebin is the silent type, but to her aunt she tries to become more open. they had been living together since Hyebin was in middle school, so they're close. Hyebin thinks of her aunt like a sister she never had. she loves her aunt so much.

 

Choi Changho / 50 / Dad

a minus digit out of 10. Hyebin has hated her father since he decided to marry another woman and 'gave' Hyebin to her aunt (which was 22 that time - crazy father). she had never heard about him again. she even got rid of the 'Choi' on her name and change it to 'Seol' ; her aunt's last name.

 

 

Park Jinyoung

 

Love Interest: Park Jinyoung (JR)

Personality: Jinyoung is a guy who gives all his might to something (or someone) he loves. he's kind hearted and polite; he's playful too. but sometimes his playfulness got over limit and it makes him seems like a little child - which is cute to others, but for Hyebin it's a big no. he doesn't intend to catch attention from girls, but anything he does is so cute the girls melt. that's one reason why he got adored in high school. he smiles and laughs a lot and he often says some jokes (which actually isn't really funny). he's considerate too; always putting other's needs before his. specially for this someone. 

How You Meet: First time, it was on the music store next to the matchmaking shop. it was lunch time, and Hyebin went outside to buy some americano and visit the music store to see some new released cds. it was when she carelessly bumped into a couple in school uniform and the americano spilled to the girl. Hyebin, being as straightforward as she usually does, complained about how her precious americano was now gone and that the girl should be paying more attention when she's walking.

The boy, turned out to be Jinyoung, got angry at Hyebin's words. he told her that she's at the wrong side too. before Hyebin managed to debate with Jinyoung, the girl she spilled coffee to stopped them and told them that she's okay and even said sorry for being too careless.

When Jinyoung got to the matchers shop, it's not because of his will; it's hers. that someone. that same girl Hyebin spilled her coffee to. his best friend. the only girl he set his eyes to. from Jinyoung's story, Hyebin managed to know that he has got in the friendzone for the past 6 years; but that girl wasn't seeing him as a man. in fact, she got herself a boyfriend and she told Jinyoung to find the right one too. frustated, Jinyoung went to this shop which he often saw whenever he went to the music store.

 

Interactions: Hyebin, too, doesn't think of him as a man. this immature kid is just not her type. she acted normal towards Jinyoung and see him as a friend, a good friend. firstly she was cold and stuffs, but after a long time, Jinyoung's cute behavior and failed jokes manage to melt the ice around her. they get along well and go out sometimes when she has a day off; she blushed a bit when the other matchers call it a 'date'. 

Until one day, on their so called 'date', they met the one Jinyoung avoids the most, his best friend. Jinyoung, not sure what to do, states Hyebin as his girlfriend. Hyebin acts along and while she counted her pulse rate, it's surprisingly higher than usual. it was a turn point on their relationship. Hyebin feels awkward around him since then;

could it be love?

○ Where Hyebin tries to search that one perfect man for her aunt; as a thank you gift.

○ When her and Jinyoung went out together and they met Jinyoung's 'best friend' (you can make her oc or anything, up to you). Hyebin can feel Jinyoung's feelings towards that girl and she actually feels jealousy; that same painful feelings she felt when she found her ex cheating with her bestie.

○ When Hyebin trips over her shoe laces and falls down XD. you can turn it to a comedy where everyone laughs at her (and she doesn't give a f8ck) or some romantic scene in which Jinyoung piggybacks her because she sprained her ankle; up to you.

○ Hyebin sees a clown and freak out. could be real clowns or dolls or even photos, anything.

○ A touching moment of best friends please haha. could be Hyebin with the leader or anyone else~
