Hyumin is very wild and carefree. She does anything that she wants without a second thought. This can cause a lot of problems but she doesn't really care. She's very friendly and loves people and talking... a lot. It's very hard to get her to stop talking once she stops. Once her mind is set on something she won't stop until it's done. Some of her bad points is that she doesn't forgive easily. If someone has done something to anger her she will never let them hear the end of it and will hold a grudge. So it's best to stay on her good side even if she can get annoying.

Taemin is naturally adorable even though he hates being called cute. He'd much rather be manly and considered y.
But he just goes with it for the sake of the band. He acts shy but he's actually really sarcastic at times.

Background: 

Hyumin was born in Seoul, South Korea but when she was only a year old her family packed up and moved to London for her parents job. She lived there for most of her life and it was only three years ago that her parents had to move back to Korea. She has always had a good relationship with her parents but being the normal teenager she is, she can be kind of a rebel. Her english name is Hannah and her mother picked it for her. Ever since Hyumin was three she has been taking dance lessons. She's very good in  all kinds of dance but her specialty is hip hop. She loves the feeling of moving fast to the music and getting in tune with her moves. Dancing is her biggest passion.

Hyumin is fascinated with fashion because of her parents. Her mother is a fashion designer and her father is a fashion magazine photographer. So she was really excited to shop in the famous shopping districts in Korea. Also, from a early age she has been playing jokes on her parents, classmates, friends and pretty much everyone. It's just the playful side of her and she doesn't mean any harm. She just loves to laugh. She also has a fascination with anime, manga and cosplaying. She loves to cosplay as different characters but her most favorite to cosplay is, Saber, from the anime Fate/Stay Night.

How did you met? 

Eunhyuk - They met on the first day of her training. He helped her find the training room as he was going there also.

CAP - They were classmates in high school. He was the first one to talk to her although it wasn't exactly a nice thing. She literally ran into him in the hallway.

Dongwoon - They met in a fashion boutique and they ended up fighting over a hat they both wanted. In the end they agreed to share the hat even though they both had just met. They became instant friends.

How did you get into the company?

Hyumin auditioned for SME with the help of her cousin, Taemin. She had always wanted to audition for a talent agency but she didn't know which one. When she told Taemin this he told her that SME would be having a audition in a month. So for a whole month she practiced for hours and even until the early morning. On her audition day she did her best but in the middle of the audition she fell on her face. With tears in her eyes she ran off the stage. When it was time for the auditions to come back on stage she was there. The judges said that she had a lot of spirit and so they were letting her pass.

How was your trainee life?

Hyumin's trainee life was pretty normal. She went to school for about six hours a day and then would leave early to practice. She didn't have any close friends but that was because they thought she was annoying. She played jokes on them and talked to much. But she did her best when it came to practice.
