Tragic Past: Melody was born in Cebu. As the tsunami hit Philippines, her family died during the earthquake which left her without any hurt under a bathtub.She was found by some Korean members of a rescue team who brought her to Seoul to the orphanage.

How were you treated at the orphanage?: The staff were treating her very nice since she was one of the few who were non-koreans.They even teached her how to speak Korean besides her mother languages,Mandarin and Tagalog.

How does your Umma act around you?: She's her true-self when she's around the baby and is very caring and dorky around her.But the y Queen of SNSD still needs to adapt to her mother role.

How does your Appa act around you?: Being the shikshin she is,Sooyoung always tries to feed Melody even when the baby already ate which earns her a good scold by Yuri.She is also dorky like her best friend tries to play with the baby whenever she can.

How you react to your parents: In the beginning, Melody was very quiet around them but slowly shows her cute and bubbly nature.She often hides under their clothes when they are approaching others.She often shows her love to them by simply hugging their legs or calling out for them in a cute way.
