personality — Jemma maybe really quiet eventhough she is optimistic, she look everything in a bright side eventhough she did not say it out. She can be cute, funny at times but she maybe annoyed without anyone knowing. People often says she's unpredictable and dare not do anything funny to her. She's serious in everything she does but her laziness made her procrastinate. She must have at least 10 hours of sleep so that she could be fully awake the next day. When she need to choose something, she tend to think a lot and ask people fro opinions. Once she say something she liked, she definitely will buy it.

She usually keep her feelings all by herself as she does not know how to express her emotions. If she fell really depressed, she would cry herself to sleep and the next day she will be alright. Her self esteem is low too. Once someone insults her she would think about that for a really long period. 

background — Jemma was born in the same hospital as Girls Generation's Jessica and Tiffany. She was Tiffany's neighbor as well. Her parents and Tiffany's parents are really good friends. As Jemma was 5 she was kidnapped. Luckily she escaped from her the kidnapper when he went out to buy something. She told her parents that she saw a beautiful lady in white kept on telling her to escape and helped her. Her parents was shocked and predicted she has the powers to see the supernaturals. Her parents were worried and went to ask the professionals how she have got the powers. They said that in the past, there was a curse in her family that only one of the family members will have the powers of seeing the supernaturals but it only can be lasted for a few years. It was true but he powers vanished when she was 13. When she was 10, Tiffany got casted for SM and she was excited for Tiffany. She even asked her parents if she could follow Tiffany to Korea but her parents forbids. Jemma was really sad about that. Days by days, she missed Tiffany to much that she cried to sleep in the night as Tiffany was the only one who plays with her, comfort her and protect her. Her parents heard her cried and thought about it. Finally, they decide to migrate to Korea as Jemma's brother is leaving in Korea too. 

Once they reached Korea, Jemma was so happy as she get to see Tiffany. Her parents tried to arranged a time to let Jemma have a short meetup with Tiffany. When Jemma saw Tiffany, she would asked if she was treated well. Jemma heard stories about SM from Tiffany and grew interest with it. She thought of auditioning for SM but she does not sing and dance well. Her parents enrolled her in the same school as Jemma's cousin Sehun. When they meet each other, Jemma was a little shy but soon they get really close. She tends to get annoyed by Sehun as he like to play around with her. 

When Jemma was 13, Sehun was already in SM for 2 years. Jemma feels really lonely at home, she cannot borrow anyone's ears. She asked her parents if she could auditioned for SM. Her parents agreed and encouraged her. Jemma went to audition as a model. She prepare her stuffs and learn almost everything about ow models shoul pose and many more. She passed the audition and was accepted to be a model. She was trained for 4 years to become a official model in SM. During her training period she was really tough. She only can eat vegetables everyday that made her vegan. She don't even have time to meet Tiffany nor Sehun. The only time they meet they just say a simple hello and left. During festive seasons, she only can have a day break and the next day back for practice. But at least she became one of the best model.
