Note: This was written on June 26th 2014

Today was so amazing! 

Because I met a certain pop star… again… only this time it was during an event and not during a stake out in front of YG or the airport (Do I sound stalker-ish? Trust me I’m not)

Okay, so I’ll take you back to June 20th, where it was the day you can buy CDs for a raffle entry to be in Taeyang’s Hug Event. One CD equaled one entry and you can enter as many times as you want… I really really REALLY wanted to win… so I bought 10 albums (hence why one album is now part of my giveaway) Call me crazy but that gave me ten chances to win.

Waiting for the winners to be announced was absolute TORTURE! ESPECIALLY the last few minutes…. but I swear when I saw my name on that list…. I freaked out!

Then today… I got no sleep cuz I stood up all night making this:

And I went to get my ticket this morning:

Then after I went to work I went straight to the venue… It was in Sinchon at the UPlex Jade Hall… I didn’t know what to expect and then when the staff told me my seating arrangements I saw this:

I was FRONT ROW CENTER!!! Meaning Bae would be seeing ALL of me!

So he comes out and gets started and our row was the first to go. I didn’t know what to expect and I was the tenth person so I was just observing what the people before me did. I wasn’t able to give my gift since staff took it. So as it was getting closer to my turn I thought to myself “hmmmm why don’t I ask for a back hug” so I asked the person behind if I should do it…. and she totally said DO IT.

So my turn comes up and before I do anything… I asked him “Can you give me a back hug” all sweetly. I guess he said okay and I turned around and waited. I heard the girls screaming. So here I am waiting for my back hug, and then all of a sudden Youngbae aggressively but sweetly turns me around and says “You give me a back hug” So I did… and we were both awkward after that…. we both were like “um so wtf do we do next” So I just did the double hand clasp link fingers thing and said bye and there was my twenty seconds of Bae fame.

I watched Bae do a lot of different hugs and I love seeing this playful side of him… It was highly entertaining. He did a couple of dancing and he would play with the girls (an example was a girl had a mask to cover on and bae acted like a boxer trying to do a match with her) It was uber cute. He was just full of joy (I mean he did say to take away his purity) 

Anyway after watching the hug event… we asked him to do something. The perks of being a foreigner in the front row… he seemed to pay a lot of attention to me. Hey it was my chance, so I took this opportunity to talk to him with as much Korean as I know. So, I said in Korean that he is so cool and said thank you to me in Korean…. so yeah I accomplished my goal in speaking Korean. Then we asked him to sing and he was hesitant but we were all like please? So he asked which song to sing and we of course said “Eyes Nose Lips” which brought this:

Then after that we asked him to dance and he was like that’s weird okay what dance… we said sushi dance… he said it was too hard… then I said kimchi bokkeum bap… he was like eh… so then I said Okay pizza so he was like okay I’ll do the pizza dance…and we were the music… chanting him on as he got down to pizza making… 

After the dance, I asked him if he could teach it to us… and he was like he made it up on the spot so he can’t so we were like OK. THEN we asked up to take a picture with us… and since we weren’t allowed to pics, we said just take a group photo using the staff camera! HE SAT IN FRONT OF ME! So that made me wanna do one thing….

PUT BUNNY EARS ON HIS HEAD WHEN WE TAKE THE PICTURE!!! Maybe it didn’t come up cuz I was subtle… but if YG releases photos of the Fan event… you’re gonna see me…

SO THAT’s IT I’m so happy but I’m really tired cuz I’m running on no sleep! Enjoy reading my experience and if it’s not at all interesting… well I tried XD
