The members of block b are like the CEO of an entertainment company,and the girl is like a normal person that wants to be an idol.At the beginning zico is shining a light in the girls face examining her to see if she has the look to be a kpop star.She realizes that to be a star she will have to undergo some changes,so she doesn't want to be a star anymore and tries to run away but the CEO finds her and forces her to stay.Then the company starts to change her by cutting her hair and changing the clothes she wears.Thats why at the end she flicks them off and walks away.

 So basically this song is about choosing to stay true to yourself and making meaningful music but having a big chance at failure,or giving in to temptation and leting a company change who you are but having a great chance at success.
