Unlikely. There's always this "friend from someone I know who works on SM" on these theories lol. Plus, Taengoo's car is a two seat sports car, so there was never anyone else with them in the car.
Also, Kris didn't win the lawsuit yet, they're at meditation. If they don't get into an agreement, then the lawsuit will be solved in court.
Some people are just too desperate, coming up with ridiculous theories to fool themselves and the others.
We don't know what is really happening, but I seriously doubt that it is fake. Members leave groups. Fans are sad, but then they get over it. It's happened before. And even with the whole Kris thing, the success of "Overdose" was going pretty well. SM, though sometimes unfair, is pretty smart. They know that the Kris scandal will settle down. I don't think they would fake a dating scandal just to cover up something like this. It's not worth it. Besides: it would be a HUGE risk. If it was revealed that it was staged, it's pretty much the end of SNSD and Exo, SM's top groups.
I think Baekyeon is real for that reason.

Because the Korean legal system currently lists the litigation between Kris and SM Ent as ongoing, which means no outcome has been reached. The syntax error of "Kris won the lawsuit" and "would lose money if Kris won" should give it away enough. Additionally, this post is ridiculously reckless for a genuine leak. Should someone at SM Ent want to take legal action, all they would have to do is look at photographers who worked with J-Min, then look for a familial connection to a Bhei Nicdao. Then bam, you have the "leak" lined up in the crosshairs.
Honestly I don't really believe this too much.
Why do all these stories keep popping up about the Baekyeon couple?
