So, I’m posting this blog right now because I’ve made it my mission to educate my dear friend Stiki about the beauty that is MBLAQ.
So today, my lesson is going to start with the gorgeous Thunder! :D

This is Thunder (Real name: Park Sang Hyun):

He was born on October 7, 1990 in Busan, South Korea. At the age of four, he and his family moved to the Phillipines, where he learned to speak Taglong. He studied at the Philippine Pasay Chung Hua Academy (PPCHA).

He is a vocalist/rapper in MBLAQ. The group was created by singer, producer, and actor Bi Rain under a branch of his label J.Tune Entertainment called J.Tune Camp. On October 14, 2009 the group released their debut single album, "Just BLAQ", which topped various on-line and off-line music charts in South Korea.

The group then released their second single album Y on May 19, 2010, and on January 10, 2011, MBLAQ released their first studio album, BLAQ Style. MBLAQ's official fanclub was announced in November 2009, with the given name of A+, or in Hangul, 에이프러스. The colour of the official fanclub is Pearl Chocolate.

He's 181 cm tall and he weighs 56 kg. He speaks fluent Korean and Taglong and is conversational in English. His specialties are dancing, rapping, and singing.

He is the younger brother of 2NE1's Sandara Park. He wants to work with 2NE1, especially with CL. He also wants to work with Rain. Cheondoong said, “It was after seeing Rain’s performance that made me decide to become a singer”, pointing out Rain as his role model. In addition, he revealed his strong ambitions, “I often hear that I’m nice because I appear to be gentle, but just because people say that I’m nice, there’s no reason that I can’t be strong”, “Rather than giving up on everything like Rain, I’m going to work hard in order to become the best singer, and in order to achieve my dream, strongly."

Cheondoong also pointed out one of his strengths as being able to learn choreography faster than the other members, in addition, he talks about the controversy of him on TV when he was unable to do his multiplication tables, “It’s just that I’ve never learned my multiplication tables, it really wasn’t because I’m stupid”, he argued while causing laughter.

Now, for your viewing pleasure, MBLAQ's MVs for Oh Yeah and Cry (I just picked those two randomly). Thunder is the one wearing the rainbow beanie cap thing with the long colorful strings hanging down in Oh Yeah (and with the ripped white long sleeve jacket shirt), and the one with blonde hair in Cry (aka the one at the very beginning who says, "Ayye, time is too slow for me baby.")
