DEAR LORD WHAT THE

Yesterday it was 98 degrees F, which is most definitely hot enough to warrant some swimming. So, we put on our swimsuits, grab some towels and head off to go swimming. Our neighborhood pool is about a ten minute walk away from our house, so off we went. When we got to the pool we found that it was closed. We walked back, dejected, and hopped in our car to drive to some other neighborhood pool.

Off to pool two, which hadn't opened yet for the summer. Feeling a little more dejected and unlucky, but still hopeful, we drove off to pool three. One long drive later, we found that pool three was open, but the line of people wanting to enter trailed into the parking lot.

We thought that, "hey, pool number four is super reliable! Let's go there!" so we drove to pool number four, but low and behold, pool number four was closing. By the time we hopped back into our car it was already time to start cooking dinner.

The moral of this story is that our pool system needs to get it's together.
