Rule number 1, Ahrang is always right. Even when Ahrang is wrong, he's right.
Some people may have problems with accepting other's opinions. This applies to Ahrang. Being the oldest in the house and the one who takes care of his siblings makes him hard to accept other's opinions. He always finds a flaw in your theory and he'll immediately say, "No, it's better if we...." and he doesn't even realise that his own theory, in fact, have flaws as well. Growing up, he's always in charge, from his siblings to being the class representative and then the president of the student council. When brainstorming, he may asks for your opinion and he may approves some of them, but once he has this opinion that he's very sure of, he won't accept others. For example, for the upcoming prom, he wants the theme to be movies, but majority of the student council think it'll be better if the theme is romance, meanwhile, Ahrang really thinks that the movie theme is the best because (insert reason here), so do you think he'll accept the romance suggestion? No. Even though the school principal himself wants him to change the theme, Ahrang will give the principal a thousand reason why they should keep the theme. And he doesn't even care if people dislikes him for it! Like I've said, there may be times where he would accept your opinions and believe me, it's not rare. But when his hear is set into one particular thing, to one particular opinion, he'll fight until the last drop of blood to make sure that his opinion is accepted.

And do you know what's more frustrating?

It's that his opinions are mostlyalways right.

And if he's really wrong?

Then Younghee is the only one who can kick some sense into his thick skull.

Attention Loving Manwhore
Let's face it, Koreans are proud, and majority of Americans are proud to be Americans. So the proud traits have been sticking into him since he's born into this world. Most of the time, Ahrang thinks that he doesn't have any significant flaws that can make him feel insecure, and that just underlines the fact that he is great, awesome and amazing. Ahrang thinks that he is the best, it's always Ahrang, Ahrang and Ahrang. Well, he's not... entirely wrong, with good looking face, talent in both sports and lessons and psh, yeah his rap is out of this world, so, yeah, a reason to be proud, right? He's conceited of his talents and it's not rare to see him flaunts his forte(s) You can say that he sometimes look down on other people who are weaker than him (though it only occurs to the ones he's not close with). I mean, he doesn't even try to hide the fact that he's conceited. On varieties, you can say that he really, really enjoys the spotlight and stuffs like, "Yeah, I'm the best." or "Yup, I am better than..." can be heard from time, to time. Showing his abs? No probs, girls will love it and spotlight and Ahrang can't be a better match. He never conceals the fact that he loves all the attention he gets and he likes to make sure that the attention and the spotlight are fixated on him only or his other members, of course. Being the proud, conceited bastard he is, Ahrang dislikes it when someone points out his flaws and critisizes him.

But when you really, really, need someone to critisize and kick some sense into his head, go find Younghee.

Too Much Like A Boss
Most leaders are often described as selfless, well, not Ahrang. He is bossy, like for example you lack in dancing, he'll keep telling you to practise. A push every now and then is appreciated, but when he continuously reminds you, the push becomes annoying. From his point, Ahrang only wants to make sure that everyone is doing their jobs respectively, and besides, practising dancing means your dance will improve, right? Most of the time, he doesn't realize that he's being very bossy, making the other laments about why they get such an awful leader instead of someone more capable like Suho. He's not even afraid to speak up to his hyungs because in his point of view, Ahrang is only telling them what's right. It often comes off as rude and demanding. Despite his bossiness, though, Ahrang does all his responsibilities diligently, which kind of makes it seems even more right for him to tell the others what to do.

Remember, Ahrang is Always Right and Ahrang is Perfect
He dislikes making flaws. He really hates it. The reason why Ahrang is so conceited about himself is because he has both skill and looks, which gives him the bragging privilege. If his rapping quality decreases, people will start to bash him for being "so arrogant while in truth he has no skill." or even critisize his flaws. That's why, to avoid something like that, Ahrang works hard so that his performances will go perfectly and smoothly. He is a perfectionist and he lived by the quotes, "I'll do one thing again and again to the point where I can make no mistake." Also, remember when I said that he's proud? Well, Ahrang has a lot of thing that he can considered as 'Something to be proud of' and that consists his family, himself and his friends, including s. He hates it when people bashes something that he holds dear or something he's proud of, he hates it if someone bash s. So that's why, while he also works hard, he pushes other members to work hard too, so that they can be perfect, so perfect that the critical netizens would find nothing on them that can be counts as a flaw. 

Ahrang is Your Pillar of Support
Being the firstborn (and a male) really makes him a dependable guy. Ahrang is definitely the guy who'll let you cry on his shoulder. He's the guy you can run to in a dire situation and the fact that he can mantain his cool through a dire situation makes him a very dependable leader. He's a mild tempered guy and despite his arrogant outer layer, he chooses to sit down and think thoroughly rather than headbutting into the problem without thinking. If you're in need of a shoulder to cry on, he's the man. And if you, as , have done something wrong and the cranky CEO is there to eat you alive, he'll put himself on the line, not because you're simply 'a member of his group' but because he has seen you as a friend. And really, sometimes he just love to sit with a certain member and ask if something is bugging them and let them vent their problems.

Ahrang is Your Loyal Puppy
Ahrang, though he seems like a very sociable and outgoing guy, he prefers a small group of best friends he can share his story with and once you're in his best friend list, be thankful that you have a friend who'll be there for you and always loyal for you through every ups and downs. One would be surprised on how selfless the conceited Ahrang can be when it comes to his best friends. The only thing that can make him loose his cool is that if you insult his friends or family. Like I've said, even though he's all "Me, me, me" when you already hold a special spot in his heard, he'll think twice and sometimes, "me, me me." can change into "you, you, you."   

Destination, Determination, Deliberation
Remember when I said Ahrang is proud and perfectionist? Well, Ahrang is a very determined guy. When he has set his goal, he'll put his heart and soul there and do whatever he can, as long as it's legal, to achieve it. His determination is infectious, often inspiring others to keep their faith as well. Achieving your dream is never meant to be easy and Ahrang knows this well. So determination is what keeps him focused on his dream. And with determination, comes hard work. You can see him practising his rap over and over again because, like I said, he hates to make mistakes. And once again, his philosophy is "Don't stop when you're right, stop when you have done one thing over and over again until you won't make mistakes anymore." and he's sure to kick this philosophy into 's mind, especially to the lazy ones.

With Great Power, Comes Responsiblity
Believe me, though he sometimes is very conceited as crap, Ahrang is one of the most responsible man around. Give him a job and he'll finish it perfectly. He loves freedom and titles but he never forgets that one has to be responsible for eveything he had done, so he makes sure that neither him nor s will do anything stupid in the future. He loves rebelling, he really do, but he won't break the limits. He gives guidance to the members in need and he makes sure that the jobs that are handled to him is his top priority. Remember that one kid who's other always eager to have in their groups each time the teacher made a group assignment? That one kid always done his assignments perfectly and he always make sure that each of the group members do their job accordingly. Yeah, that is Ahrang.

Ahrang is a very sociable and outgoing guy. He just know what to say to make you like him and he befriends others easily! He has this confident aura around him that makes others become instantly interested in him, especially when he's telling one of his stupid jokes. He never feels awkward around people and when he's around seniors, he'll instantly put this Polite mask that'll steal the seniors' hearts. Even when in varieties, the audience can fall in love with him because of his wits and how easy he gets along with both MC and everyone in the room, despite his cockiness that surfaces every now and then. He just know how to make others take interest in him and his groups and how to show good image for his group, though, yes, sometimes his cockiness does gets in the way.
