PERSONALITY:
Younghee is certainly not the most sociable person around. She's the kind of person who would stumble over her words, especially when she's talking to someone she doesn't really know. When she's standing in a room filled with people she doesn't know, Younghee will instantly feel self-conscious, mentally listing her imperfections, like her messy hair or the way she stands, she dislikes being alone in a room filled with strangers. She's not the type of person who would catch your interest or even gaze when you first walk into the room. Most of the time, she'd stay quiet, observing everyone without really joining them because every word she can think of sounds either very lame. Even if you tried conversing with her, she'll weigh her words carefully, you don't want to leave a bad first impression, don't you? Understanding and Selfless
One thing you should be thankful when you have a friend like her is that Younghee is very selfless and understanding. She understands that when you're having a bad day, you'll just shut everyone out and snaps at everyone who tries to touch you- no worries, she's not mad. If you suddenly leave her because you think this group of friend is more interesting than her ("Besides, I'm just going to hang out with them for a while." -you), she won't complain and shrugs it off instead. Then, when you suddenly comes back, crawling and crying and begging for help, she'll immediately give you a helping hand. Younghee never ask much things towards her loved ones and she doesn't complain much if you're words are knive or if you're always half an hour late each time you guys want to hang out. Even if you're being a total by leaving her for a better friend and suddenly comes to her just because you need her, she'll still help you. Extremely Loyal and Forgiving

She's very forgiving because she just don't want to prolong the problems any further. Like I've said, Younghee is a very loyal, forgiving and understanding girl, but she has her own limit, too. She can bend so low, but that doesn't mean she can't break. Trust is something fragile to her. Her forgiving nature is probably the only thing that can strengthen her trust for you, but once you're broken it, it'll be the end. Once it happens, she'll hold her grudge for the rest of her life, she won't forgive you, and even if she does, it takes years. Forgiveness can be earned, but not her trust, cause yeah, once it's broken and she had enough, it can never be renewed again. What's surprising is, she may act like nothing is happening between you while inside, she's probably cursing you to suffer the most painful death human can ever have.
Honesty is The Best Policy
Most people think she's the type of girl who would keep her anger inside, like when you offend her, she'll just let it slide. In truth, no. She'll talk to you about it. But in a subtle, peaceful way. Talk about it first and if things doesn't turn out well. Oh well.... You see, Younghee is a firm believer of "Speak or people won't know what you feel inside." so yeah, she's pretty much honest about everything, from her feelings to her ideas (But when it comes to love, openly telling the world her feelings might not be the best idea around). You may feel thankful of her understanding and selfless traits and her loyalty and how she easily forgives someone. But her words aren't exactly the warmest around. She loves to joke around and at some point, it may turns to be hurtful but she doesn't really mean it. Emotional, almost Bipolar
Younghee is a girl with a sensitive heart. Whenever people says bad things about her, Younghee can't just simply shrug it off and moves on. No, she'll think about it forever, wondering what she did wrong and cursing herself for being so stupid and unpleasant, she'll think about it forever to the point where she can be depressed and stressed about it. Masking her emotions is one thing she can never, ever, be good at. You can always guess what she's feeling right now, whether if it's the small, almost invisible scorn or the way her eyebrows would furrows every so slightly in disapproval, you can always see it. Or hear it, because when she's very emotional and angry, 99% of her words are poison. If she's sad, she'll lock herself away from the world or probably run to her most trusted person, or just simply cry hysterically in her bedroom. If she's angry, she can even yell at someone who's older than her, broadcasted or not, CEO or not.
Never Overthink Things
One thing about Younghee is that she constantly worries too much. She often overthink things which often leads to her being overly emotional. If she's happy, she'll imagine things that are obviously irrational ("Yoogeun said he liked my style! We're meant to be. Gosh, maybe we'll end up shopping together under the spring sun... sigh...). If she made a mistake, she'll list a thousand of results that can happen from her actions, irrational or not ("I messed up the vocals, God, now the world will hate me... oh gosh, the Chairwoman will hate me, what if.... what if I'll get less singing parts!?") At some point, she even had a bad mood just because she's overthinking while in the end, eveything isn't as bad as she thought, better even.
Drama, Drama and Drama
Like I've said, Younghee doesn't like prolonging problems, but when she reaches her limit, when she breaks, it'll be a catastrophe. She's good at keeping her patience, but when it breaks, she'll list every bad thing you've ever done to her and rub it all in your face. Most people will be annoyed because she often makes big deal over small things when her drama queen side has snapped. Like I've said, she overthink things which will add more to her drama-loving side. What's more, once this side of her snapped, Younghee can be impulsive, often doing things that's utterly stupid, like leaving the dorm at 2 A.M. in the morning when the group is having a fight, only to return after ten minutes because she doesn't know where to go or because the weather outside is freezing. That, or something more destructive and stupid. In the end, when she has calmed down, Younghee will often feel embarassed of what she did because even herself knows that it was utterly stupid and useless.

Younghee is a girl who loves her freedom. She dislikes being curbed and being restrained. It's her decision whether she would waltz into a bar and get completely drunk until she forgets her name or sit nicely in her dorm while enjoying a cup of mint tea. Being an idol means a lot of restrains. Train well, keep your diet, don't post weird stuffs to the public, no dating, no visiting your family except when you have a day off. BACKGROUND:
(1993) Moon Younghee is born under the name Tominaga Yuki in Naha, Okinawa, Japan. It was snowy, the day she was born, that's why her parents named her Younghee. Her father was a song writer and her mother is a well known violist. Growing up, music has been something she can never be without. Her dad taught her how to play the piano and the guitar, while her mother taught her how to play the violin. They also enrolled her into singing class when they know that Younghee has talent in singing. She has an older sister, Tominaga Kisaki and a younger brother, Tominaga Hiro.
(2004) Won her first singing competition. In the same year, she also won her first archery competition.
(2006) Tominaga Hideo, her father, passed away. A fire broke out on his office and he didn't make it out. His death left a tremendous impact on her family, especially since she's very close with her father. It was hard, and with her mother as her only parents now, Younghee had to be a lot more responsible than before. Her sister wasn't as strong as her, her father's death left a deep impact on Kisaki and she had a hard time moving on, worse is, her mother also suffers, her mother's job wasn't failing but she became distant to her child, so Younghee had no other choice but to take her sister's and mother's responsibility until the two can get back on their feet. She took care of her sister, mother, brother and comforting them while at the same time, comforting herself from the loss of her father.
(2009) Her family moved to South Korea, to her mother's country. It's mainly to forget all the pain they had felt and make a brand new, fresh start. She even got a Korean name. Tominaga Yuki became Moon Younghee and even until now, the name Younghee still feels foreign to her.
(2010) Was scouted by Cyrano Ent, so she decided to give it a try. She was, of course, accepted into the entertainment because ever since her father had passed away, Younghee has been perfecting her musical skills. Not just vocals, but also the guitar, piano and violin. Her mother was very against it because she knows how terrible the entertainment industry is and her mother simply doesn't want Younghee to go through all that hard ships that's not even worth it. But Younghee managed to reassure her and now, her mother is her number 1 supporter o/
