I'm on episode 3, the first season I assume, of Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi and Onodera just said he has to figure out the relationship between Yokozawa and Takano is. Judging by how Yokozawa calls Takano by his first name when they're not in the office I'm guessing they're lovers.
