personality:
(+) joohee is a very helpful person and aids everyone when she trains. she is very motherly and takes care of the trainees. she is a happy virus and always seen smiling, except on trainings. she is also very absentminded and forgetful, often forgetting the names of her trainees and tripping while walking. she is also very talented person, being not only able to teach dancing in w.y.f but in her spare time, she teaches little children how to sing. joohee is also an unofficial rap teacher, as she loves to rap, especially to after school songs (mostly on bekah's parts).

(-) but when inside the practice room, joohee is very strict. she has eyes of a hawk from experience of dancing for a long period of time. if she sees a little trip of a girl's feet or a stutter on someone's movement., she will immediately stop the music and correct the mistake clearly and apathetically. but it hasn't got to the point that she screams at how bad his/her dancing is, although there are a lot of times she almost did that. and it gets worse when she's on her period. she's more irritable and you can't see herhappy virus mong-hee qualities anywhere, even after the training period. her flaw is mostly being too proud. yes, she helps others but she doesn't like to be helped. she is also very sensitive and is easily hurt is she hears a (bad) joke about her, so the trainees are cautiious of cracking jokes whenever joohee is around.

Joohee was born in Los Angeles, California, USA, 1 year after Eric, her older brother and 5 years after her older sister, Sojung or more commonly known as Hera. He had gone home to Korea when she was still 15 years old. They attended Korea Kent Foreign School for kindergarten, elementary and high school. When Joohee turned 20 (2000), she went home to Korea to attend college in Seoul National University, with the consent and financial aid of her family. At her first two years in Korea, she locked herself in her condo and only opened it when Eric was around. The reason of this behavior is because she still wasn't fluent in Korean and was learning it for two years until she was able to speak comfortably. She auditioned back then (2007) for the newly opened Pledis and was one of first trainees, with her same-age best friend, Kahi, Jungah, Soyoung and Jooyeon. They were set to debut on the next year as After School but she dropped out after remembering her promise to her parents of her studies. She eventually graduated her course of Psychology and Performing Arts (which she took after her psychology course). In 2011, she visited A.S Red on the backstage of M! Countdown (she had a backstage pass) and had danced the first choreography the original lineup, including Joohee, had practiced (Ah! & Diva). A representative of w.y.f had seen and invited Joohee to be one of the trainors. Joohee accepted the offer.

-she gives off the first impression of an emotionless and cold trainor because of how strict she is. but over time, she will warm up to the trainees and become the happy virus monghee. /insert big smiley face/
-she mostly is cold to male trainees because she's a man-hater, due to experience /wink/
-her friends in korea are mostly SHINHWA, the 80-line of the first generation idols and two 81-liners (Sung Yuri and Brian Joo)
