Argentinian government released a TV commercial with a 2NE1's song on the background. WUUUT

So, you may or may not know that I live in Uruguay, the little country that's between Brazil and Argentina. Therefore, there are both Argentinian and Brazilian TV stations here. Thing is I was watching some TV, the channel was from Argentina, and suddenly this ad comes out:

Briefly explaining what the commercial says for those who don't know Spanish, it's about some issues with prices on supermarkets and they put one owned by Chinese people as an example, since in Argentina or moreover Buenos Aires is pretty common to see supermarkets owned by Chinese people, if I'm not wrong they call those places "chinos".

Aaaand they just put 2NE1's instrumental for Missing You.

Here is the instrumental so that you can listen and compare, and most definitely hear for yourselves what I'm talking about:

I was just in awe when I saw it for the first time, this is a government's TV commercial we're talking about. Hahaha, I just don't know what to say about this besides the fact that they are talking about Chinese people and they put a Korean song (I don't know if they even knew if it was Korean or not), or also the fact that they are ripping off 2NE1, but whatever. What do you think?
