He had studied law in college, so I can guarantee you the legitimacy of what you’re going to read. He told me that lawsuits are simply to ask for compensation for damage. I told him about the Kris situation and he said, “No no, he isn’t leaving the company. If he wanted to he would have sent a termination letter straight away instead of a lawsuit.” I repeat — A lawsuit is to complain against civil damages, not necessarily criminal in behaviour or nature. Kris simply wants fair economic compensation and more empathetic
consideration on the side of the company for his physical and mental health. Nothing else. Do not make this into a bigger issue. Go Ara had filed a lawsuit in 2011 and she’s still in SMTOWN. Things with Han Geng got out of hand because of a mob- like fury and outrage over a simple, 
pretty normal employee-employer issue that’s seen everywhere.
The word fan comes from fanatic. Today we aren’t fans, we’re a support system. 
Behave like one. 
Be smart. 
Learn from the mistakes of the past. Do not, for the sake of petty excitement and drama, spread rumours. Each reblog/post counts. You have no idea how our participation can take this situation to another level. So be cautious. Think ten times before you post/comment/reblog anything about this very sensitive situation. And if you think this isn’t a big deal, please shut your laptop until this thing dies down. We don’t need any more insensitive and hurtful actions than we are already dealing right now.
