Support EXO

I know that about all exotics and kpop fans have heard of the recent dispute with SM Entertainment and Kris of EXO. I know that we all are confused too what exactly is happening. There’s many different thoughts of this matter, but all we can do as fans is stand by EXO’s side and support them no matter what happens. A lot of us have been following EXO since they debuted and do not wish to see Kris leave much like many fans would in any situation like this for any band. I know Ukiss fans felt this when Dongho said he was leaving for a bit of the same reason as I’ve heard that Kris is leaving. FT Island fans felt when Wonbin left and was replaced by Seunghyun, but some fans did not welcome Seunghyun with welcome arms well some of us did. No one can replace Kris for he will always be part of exo like Wonbin even now is part of FTIsland and Dongho is still part of Ukiss. So as long as we keep them in our hearts they always will be there.

I’m also sure that a lot of fans want to boycott SM Entertainment for a week from this news and if they will I will support them. Though I do not completely understand the reason why. SM is already taken a hit in their stocks when the news of Kris was released to the public. I think it would  have been better to talk everything out with Kris instead of allowing something like a lawsuit come up. I know a contract is a contract, but if someone is unhappy with it should you not at least sit down and be reasonable. Yet this is me just saying what I think I do not know what had been done before the lawsuit was filed and this was brought to our attention so for all I know they could have talked and they still wanted too try and keep Kris in EXO.

What exactly is happening? From articles that I read so far is Kris wants his contract terminated early because he is not happy with the idol lifestyle. Truthfully from some of the things that have been happening too EXO for the last year as their popularity has risen I’d have a few issues as well. When the news broke it seemed that almost all of the exo members that have an instagram unfollowed Kris except Baekhyun. There’s rumors that it was not the members themselves but the staff had taken their phones and unfollowed them. There’s also speculation about their instagrams that SM staff members are the one’s that are updating them. Even so I’m sure that EXO members would still feel confused and betrayed about Kris leaving. They’ve been together for over 2 years as they had debuted and far longer with their training together. Let me ask you this if you’ve been close with someone for let’s say 5+ years then they say they want to leave wouldn’t you feel confused, hurt, and/or betrayed? EXO members are pretty close to each other and one wishes to leave them too go back home that is in a different country.

So even though I am upset and worried I will stand by EXO no matter what. As an exotic we need to stand strong and believe in them. If Kris would like to leave for personal reasons then so be it. All we can do is stand by him and send him our support. We are to be 100% by their side no matter what. Let’s hope that everything will be sorted out soon. Through all of this EXO is in my prayers and I hope that everything is settled. Please stand by them as more news is release on this matter and no matter what support EXO and Kris for their decisions. I wish that even if Kris leaves that he can still be in contact with the other members for EXO is one and even if Kris leaves he is part of the EXO family. So let’s please take a step back calm down and hope for the best.
