It was also rumored that he has cancelled his flight back to Korea.

Many EXO members have unfollowed him on Instagram.

 

I was not there at the scene so I have no right to be judgmental. But below is my personal view of this incident.

 

It saddens me to know that the same case which happened back in 2008 when DBSK broke up, and also in 2009 when Hangeng left Suju is recurring this instant.

 

I utterly loathe this situation right now. But I don’t exactly know who to hate…

It hurts me to know that underneath the cheerful public façade EXO put on during programs masks the immense emptiness in their hearts.

 

Kris himself must have endured certain hardships, if not, he probably wouldn’t have taken such serious action to file against SM. But I believe he should have talked it through with the members, asking for support and comfort if he feels disheartened. His irrational behavior is not courteous to s, or else they wouldn’t have unfollowed him on Instagram. EXO, together as one has reaped a lot of achievements…and I don’t know what will happen if one member leaves this group now. I am extremely concerned about all the members, including Kris, their current comeback, and also their coming concerts….which I have also bought a ticket personally myself.

 

In Hangeng’s case, I would understand his actions better because he was the first foreign member to debut, and he found it hard to adjust and communicate with s. On the other hand, Kris is actually the leader in EXO, and there are 3 other foreign members who would be able to converse and understand him if he were willing to talk to them… I’m confused and frustrated with his actions myself, and it disheartens me to know that EXO will be incomplete even before their first concert is held.

 

I tend to believe that Kris nor SM should not be totally put to blame. And I also think that SM has been offering better conditions since the departure of JYJ and Hangeng. So please don’t totally put the blame on SM, because if it were the case, people like Henry, Victoria ad Amber might have possibly left already earlier. I believe there must be something which happened recently to trigger Kris’ behavior.

In fact, I believe his displeasure could be seen weeks ago. For those of you who have an Instagram account, you might have noticed that all the EXO Chinese members had posted a photo of them with Lee Soo Man, except Kris…

According to sources, it was claimed that Kris faced financial difficulties despite his tremendous workload because SM Entertainment exploited him financially. But I think that we have to understand that although EXO won many awards and have sold many albums, the songs in the album, the dance choreography, the costumes…etc were not composed, designed or done by the members themselves. Adding to the fact that they have 12 members, which is a huge number, and that the members have not yet been doing individual entertainment programmes (except Chanyeol), I believe that it is understandable that they don’t have really such a substantial income in return.

Most of you are saying that SM has confiscated the phones of the exo members. If this were true, I believe that Baekhyun wouldn't be still following Kris...So don't jump to conclusions if u have not seen it yourself. Many are saying that Tao wouldn't post such a thing. To be honest, I must say I wouldn't be entirely surprised that he posted such a thing. He felt betrayed and hurt that his fellow member and brother left without a word. I mean come on...what did you expect? Moreover, no one knows the truth yet. It maybe really the members who posted the updates themselves, maybe not. I don't know myself. But I do know that its truly rude and unfair to jump into conclusions and make false accusations. Many ppl r siding with Kris, saying that they are on Kris' side or whatsoever. Truthfully, there is no use blindly defending him. I am of the opinion that there is no Kris' side or other members' side. Its simply that we should be by EXO's side no matter what.

 

I will continue to support and believe in Kris’ decision no matter what. I will continue to love him and also EXO in the future. But I bet even if he chooses to stay in EXO, things will no longer remain the same. The members would feel immensely betrayed and he would most probably be alienated from the group. It would take a long time to mend and patch up this scar no matter what.

Do remember that SUCCESS is allied with PAIN. At the moment, I believe that what Kris wants is more of his happiness rather than his career success.

 

Although Kris is not my bias in EXO, I am extremely enervated to know that he is leaving and EXO will no longer remain as ONE. If he really leaves, EXO will turn out to be the most short-lived group in SM… Remember that we EXO FANS have to also take part of the blame, not giving enough love and support to the members and some saesang fans going overboard and invading their private lives. If all of us had truly loved them and supported them, Kris would most probably not have did what he had done....

Wish I could simply just turn back the day, and return to the peaceful yesterday when EXO was one, and everything was united and peaceful….How I wish today was just a nightmare…
