14.05.2014 Working as a team

Every Wednesday would be Final Year Project (FYP) day for me.

My team consists of 5 members and we have a pretty strict project supervisor. It was pretty hard talking to her at first as she didn't really look too friendly.

Our project involved plants so it would be like, if the plants die, we die (literally).

There was this one team mate tasked to be watering the plants on Monday but she didn't because it was raining heavily and we thought water could seep into the greenhouse so she didn't water the plants.

The tough part would be that, our supervisor kinda chided us for being irresponsible for it. Well, I just thought that was a little harsh as we couldn't control the weather too so if anything did happen, I am not going to be blaming anyone because the whole team was at fault.

However, anger management is one thing. I don't know what got into my team mate's head that she actually emailed our project supervisor after she went back home. I mean, it was pretty rude in a sense and the thing is, we are graded as a TEAM. Not just her, on her own.

So I guess the sudden gush of anger probably blinded her.

Anyways, I am so gonna die on Tuesday because my project supervisor happens to be my lecturer for one of the modules which I am currently taking.. *crossed fingers*

Just wanna say, whenever you are going to say something. think of the possible consequences and the impact which it might bring upon others, and NOT just yourself.

That's definitely true.
Working in a team makes me think thrice on what actions I would take. Such a hard rensponsibility, moreover if you're the leader.
