12.05.2014 Question of the day: Would you become a celebrity if you have the chance?

It's the time of the day whereby I appear :p

I just wanna keep a diary here, kinda stuff so I am happy if you read it and do comment to share with me what you think about the same situation ya? ^^

So for today, I was a little stuck about what to write and then I remembered this question whereby I thought about it before.

Question of the day: "Would you become a celebrity if you have the chance?" or rather, would I become one?

I guess if I were to be given the chance to become a celebrity, my decision would probably be NO.

So you might think, "Why no?" "It's a golden chance for anyone."

I do agree it's rare to have such a chance but if given such opportunity, I guess I might just turn it down.

Firstly, what my mum said was stuck in mind for very long. "Fame is the prison of freedom. You can never be able to have both."

I am quite a free bird. I don't like being restricted, having my privacy being exposed or anything like that.

I don't like doing things which people tells me to do, unless I am the one who wants to do it. (well aside from what my parents say)

And that leads to, my parents not willing to let me become a celebrity.

Hmm.. they don't allow me to go for singing competitions, auditions and etc. Well not only me but my younger brother as well.

Not saying that I might win something if I decided to enter one but I was not given the chance at all.

Secondly, I guess being a celebrity is really tough.

A friend of mine is now a trainee in JYP though, she's trying pretty hard to cope with life there and it really takes determination and strength (be it mentally or physically) to continue her life as a trainee.

It's been pretty long since I contacted her ever since she started being a trainee too ):

Anyways, what I want to emphasize is the hardship before the glory.

Some people waits for it, works for it and then finally gets to shine.

However, not all are able to wait or to continue on without knowing when will they be able to debut.

The reason why I really admire my idols as role models when it comes to determination and putting in efforts when doing something would be that they really amaze me with what they have accomplished at such a young age.

So... what would your answer be? :)

I would answer 'NO' too. I don't like people giving me instructions to do this and that. I don't like people bugging my life. asking this and that. Even in real life. back in school days. i'm school's athlete.. so kinda well known la... my younger brother are quite popular too because they're athlete and their looks. I don't know what people see in them -..- but i think their looks are just average. back to the point. Junior girls will bugs me. asking about my brother. how he's at home and all. and i don't like it a bit. not even the size of an ant.

then, i don't like taking photos. i don't do selfie and all. I don't like people taking photos of me.

just like your mum said "Fame is the prison of freedom." being schools main athlete . When i lose one game. they'll be like "you shouldn't do that" "you should've speed from the start" bla bla bla.. it when people is pointing out our flaws and mistake.

Becoming a celebrity is never in my career choice.

oh yeah... i remember you told me about that friend. She's the one you wanted to meet if we go to korea right?

Oh my you had a friend who is training under jyp? Cool~

Hm as for me... I never had the dream to become an idol star or whatsoever. I hate fame. Erm, not going to sound offensive, I mean, I don't like it when people knows me. I love to lay low,
I once wished I was an idol so that I can be friends with them idols
