HOW DID YOU GET HERE?
BACKGROUND: Yuri was born in Qingdao, Shandong, China. She born there because of her father that being assigned in Qingdao. Yuri was her parents first daughter and also first child too. Yuri's life was normal, just like other children until she was 7. Her mother get pregnant again and, unfortunately, when her mother tried to get birth of her little sister (yep it's a girl) her mother didn't survive the pain and decide to give up after giving birth of Song Yuna. Yuri was very sad back then, she was shocked and doesn't believe the fact that her mother already gone. In the beginning, Yuri really hate her little sister, Yuna, because she thought Yuna is the reason why her mother gone. But as she grows up, she finally realize that it's God plans for her, and it's nothing to do with Yuna.
Because of the dead of her mother, her father get really shocked and sad. When Yuri was 8, her father decide to move back to South Korea because he can't stand all the memories with her mother in Qingdao. And with that, 8 years old Yuri and 1 year old Yuna move to South Korea along with her father, and start a new life in South Korea. Yuri has such a hard time adapting in Korea. First because of the language and second, because of her personality of shy-ness and also her trust issues. It takes her 2 years to finally adapt and make friends in South Korea.
In the beginning of the move to South Korea, Yuri feel really lonely. She feel that she doesn't has anything beside her and with that, she escape into music and books. She improve her singing skills and also took piano classes, it's also because in China before, she also took piano classes. For her, music is just like her savior from her sadness.
After growing up, Yuri decide to just make music as something that make her happy and doesn't take it too serious. She decide to just catch another dream and took Phsychology as hLadies & Gentlemen < Han RooA >er major in university.
