CLEVER/INTELLIGENT: Lily has always been a rather smart person, and she has developed a knack for being able to come up with a plan in a pinch. Her extra brain power is likely what helped her to be able to learn Korean as a second language and pick it up as quickly as she did.
LOYAL/CARING: She is fiercely loyal, nearly to a fault, which is what pulled her into the trouble when she was younger. She also has a strong sense to protect the people she cares about, and she will gladly put their needs before her own.
TEMPERAMENTAL: Just like the stereotypical redhead, she has an almost scary temper, though she does a fairly good job keeping it pushed down. However, when she does snap, it is usually messy and involves screaming, cursing, and, on rare occasions, violence.

Cold is an understatement when referring to Kris. Not only does he have a tendency to ignore people, when he does decide to pay attention to someone, his comments are generally mean-spirited. He has a softer side buried deep down, but it takes someone really close to him and really special to draw that side of him out without also releasing his temper, which can be absolutely terrifying.
