Background : Han Iseul was born in Seoul, South Korea, on June 15. She is the daughter of a real-estate agent and a therapist as well as the youngest of three siblings. As the youngest family member, she often felt a little ignored as a child and would surround herself with people in order to get the attention she missed at home. When her parents were busy during weekends, she arranged slumber parties, study sessions and helped out with multiple arrangements outside of school. This is something she still does as a thing on the side when she is not in school. She is considering Hansung University as her school of choice, wanting to major in English Linguistics. Iseul likes going to the beach with friends and hanging out at Caribbean Bay with co-workers as well as watching movies at the cinema and traveling, even though it's been a while since the latter.
Personality : Iseul is the kind of person who knows how to switch off and have fun, simply experiencing life and everything it has to offer. Her wild bursts of enthusiastic energy is never a surprise to those who know her, especially her closest friends. She has good people skills and instantly knows how to present her ideas in a convincing way, at least in her own opinion. She can handle both small talk and deep, meaningful conversations, although her definition of small talk may be somewhat unusual – she might want to steer the conversation towards ideas rather than weather, gossip etc. Altruistic and cooperative, she does her best to be empathic and friendly in every situation. She can get along with nearly everyone and has a large circle of friends and acquaintances. She is very imaginative and open-minded. She enjoys trying out new things and does not hesitate to go outside her own comfort zone if necessary.
 
Iseul is very sensitive and cares deeply about other people’s feelings – this can cause her a lot of stress sometimes as people sometimes look towards her for guidance and encouragement, and she just cannot always say “yes”. She has a tendency to lose interest quickly if her project shifts towards routine, administrative matters – she may not be able to stop her own mind from wandering off, which has gotten her into trouble more than once. She can't stand being micromanaged or restrained by rules and guidelines. She wants to be seen as highly independent individuals, master of her own fate and future. She has a habit of looking for hidden motives and tends to overthink even the simplest things, constantly asking herself why someone did what they did and what that might mean.
 
With a favoritism for harmony, she does her best to avoid conflict wherever possible. She is a natural team player, trying to get along with everyone. She is a social and friendly individual who has no difficulties with small talk or following other social rituals. She also tends to have a strong need to belong, e.g. by playing an active role in the local community. She has often shown a strong dislike towards conflicts and criticism – she gets very defensive and hurt if someone (especially a person close to her) criticizes her habits, ideas or favorite traditions. Sometimes, she needs to know that she is liked and her efforts are valued. Consequently, she may try fishing for compliments or try to attract other people’s attention.
Style : Pink. When it comes to her fashion sense, the most obvious description would be feminine and modern. Iseul is fond of trying out different items and styles, but will always keep it in a girly manner with a lot of colors; the main component being pink. It is a color she rarely steers away from if she may, seeing it as a color you can use all year 'round. When it's hot outside, the obvious outfits of choice would denim shorts and light dresses. There are plenty of those, and she often adds it to comfortable jackets and eye-catching belts.

– She didn't know how to swim until last year because of a fear of water, which she overcame a little after being rescued by her handsome stranger.

– Her hobbies include interior design, event planning and knitting.

Personality Traits: Playful, sincere, confident, calm, flirty
Personality: Junhong is very straightforward and doesn't really mask his words when he speaks, even though he can be totally polite one minute and a complete mess the next. His personality depends on three things; surroundings, mood and people. He loves tease and annoy his friends and co-workers, but he is also careful to make sure he doesn't push it over the limit. The last thing he wants to do is indirectly hurt someone or make them feel insecure or bad about themselves. He is a very supportive and open-minded guy, someone who can take a joke and make themselves presentable for any kind of situation.

Relationship : Junhong and Iseul had an interesting first encounter. Iseul was with her family at Sokcho Beach in Gangwon last summer when Iseul strayed a bit too far from the group. When she tried to return, she slipped on a pile of rocks, resulting in a permanent scar on the chin as well as a one-way trip right into the deep, blue sea. Iseul had no idea how to swim, so she called out for help, hoping someone could hear her all the way out here. Someone, a Choi Junhong, rescued her from an eternal suffering by jumping in and pulling her back to shore. He made sure she was alright and left as soon as her family found her there. Iseul couldn't stop thinking about him since that day.

They met for the second time when Iseul entered as a lifeguard to improve her swimming. When she got introduced to some of the other guys in the program, she locked eyes with Junhong, only he didn't seem to "recognize her" at all. This disappointed Iseul greatly, because she saw the young man and thought he looked even better than what she remembered. Junhong thought she was cute and knew he had to mess with her, just a little bit. (He is a bit childish like that.) Even though they had different opinions on when the first meeting occured, it didn't take long for the two of them to get along. Iseul was surprised to discover that she was two years his senior, but it didn't bother her much when she actually got to talk to him and get to know the guy behind the blonde hair and child-like grin.

Junhong finds Iseul very fun to tease, but is also finding himself being more and more drawn to her, even platonically. The friendship potential is definitely there, but knowing they are competing for the grand prize, he is careful on how to act and be around her. Sometimes, their little game of cat and mouse turns when Iseul says something unexpected like a complement or something sarcastic, which can throw the boy off or make him blush. They find comfort in being around one another, even though the impression they have seems to be a little stuck. Iseul keeps seeing her prince charming while he sees a girl who's completely helpless in the water. Surprising one another and breaking down the labels is what is going to help them progress their relationship further.
Trivia :

– When Junhong was younger, he wanted to be a soccer player.

– Iseul likes to call him "Jun" as a shortening of his given name.

– Before knowing she was his senior, Junhong called her "Flower Girl" due to her collection of hair accessories. Now, he calls her "Flower Girl noona." Yeah, not that much changed, really.

– Junhong is very fond of kimchi, so Iseul sometimes invites him over to eat home-made kimchi jjigae or kimchi jeon. (She knows a lot of kimchi dishes thanks to that guy.)
