If I were you, I'd tell her the truth but don't be scared, make it like a confession, like you'd give out at the church. I'm sure your mom loves you, she'd be mad but she won't be that mad too long because you told her the truth and that's what matters.

If she's still mad...then I'm sorry I couldn't help. Maybe you could compensate her by doing chores, get good grades, or give her half of one or two of your paychecks if you work (this is if she's still mad at you...like really mad I guess). But I don't think she'll be mad at you forever, good moms are never mad at their children, just mad for not letting them know when they can actually help them when in need. I hope I don't sound weird.

In my opinion, you should tell your mom the truth before the package arrive at your place so she would be less angry if you're being honest with her...
That's what happened to me when I ordered XOXO album with my mom's card without her knowing lol
She's indeed mad at me for about a day or two about that xD
But you can make a deal with your mom about that with promising her a better grade or something, that always worked for me (:
