joining r&i :

rather than being forced, julia was easily persuaded into the idea of being able to "date" on her own time without her
manager's involvement; although idol-dating wasn't something she desperately needed, julia found it suggestively fun,
and thought it'd be a good experience to go by, considering the schedules she and her brother go through and
the lack of person space. her manager had also stated how it'd be good for publicity and that she would be able to
act freely on her own accord (not that she really carries a persona on-stage anyways). the agreement towards r&i was
also thanks to several fans who requested the act every since the start of her acting debution.

relationship with others :

of course, seeing how they are all idols, julia acts rather professionally towards a majority of the other participants. she
isn't exactly straight-forward with her actions, but she puts effort into getting to know everyone; she keeps to her own
boundaries and doesn't push too hard to try to get on everyone's good side. in general, she treats the other members as
she would around fans, or people she meets for the first time: break the ice, spark a conversation and hope that you
won't be at each other's necks by the end of the day. overall, she's pretty friendly and has come across some of these
idols once or twice before.

interactions : 

after having already worked together with an ost, these two have pretty much beat that stage of awkwardness; in general
their relationship seems rather close, considering how comfortable they already are with one another. when they have
such similar personalities, it's not hard for them to act the way they do either, where they discuss upon pointless topics,
sing random songs in the car or just share a few dance moves for know honest explanation, it's rather easy to say that they're
already good friends. their relationship is often packed with baffled amounts of laughter, from tickling one another, teasing
upon looks or attire, or even just staring at each other for god knows why - just stick the two together and you've got a bunch
of over-grown toddlers wondering what the heck they're even doing on a show like this. it obviously isn't healthy; when
given the time, jonghyun and julia always managed to get along and find the simpliest things to be the most entertaining.
they don't try too hard to impress one another either, and they kind of like it that way, because even if they're not trying to
act like they're supposed to be dating, just having someone around is enough for them. when not around the other idols,
they're surprisingly skinshippy (jonghyun's fault on this matter), where it causes joori to get awfully shy and cower behind
anything and everything. it's almost as if jonghyun does it just to spite her when he brushes the hair out of her face, or
calls her beautiful right out of the blue. but, then again, jonghyun's like one of those boys who do it just to see the girl pink - 
julia on the other hand just tries to keep cool, but fails epically especially when it comes around hanging around everyone
else, for it seems that jonghyun likes to hold his "girlfriend" by the waist when there is an audience present. don't even get
himself started on claiming what's his, because when jonghyun says lim joori is he - he might just mean it. and although it
seems jonghyun has the upper hand in this relationship, it's also julia who gets the fun, for when she's calling him dumb
pet names, hitting him on the arm, fixing his clothes or simply just talking to him in english out of random, it's easy to see,
that yeah, she enjoys her time with him as well.
