Are you sure she has distemper? It's better if you get her to vet to get checked and vaccinated, although even vaccinated dogs can still get the disease.
If you can't do that due to complication (vets are rare and rather far from where I live and my dog is huge, he was restless and salivated and scratched my car when I brought him to vet before so it's hard for me to do that ^^"), you can try nursing her at home with non-drugs.
My dog survived parvo and is now recuperating from allergies, no vets involved. You just have to search a lot and act fast.
