I'm reading a fic on another site and I swear to God, people who don't research stuff will forever be the thorn in my side.

YOU HAD A BABY SERIOUSLY MINUTES AGO; HE WILL NOT HAVE TEARS. BABIES CANNOT CRY UNTIL THEIR TEAR DUCTS DEVELOP, WHICH IS NOT UNTIL MONTHS AFTER THEY ARE BORN.

GODDDDDDDD. YOU COULDN'T HAVE ASKED A PARENT OR GOOGLE?! COME ON!

Not all babies are like that, though. My youngest brother cried from the moment e was born so my mum always hated other babies because she couldn't help byt think they were just faking it XD Lol, that aside, I agree with you. I generally hate kid!fics because people tend to write the kids like these perfect little dolls who can do everything.

Hmm.. Let me recall. I forgot when did my daughter let out her first tears. But, I do remember that she cried out loud since the first day she was born :p
