Personality:
Jiho has a boyish personality.. or so people say she does. It's probably because she finds girly things.. boring? She would rather watch boys play silly games rather than joining girls gossiping. That's just, so not her. She's just not your typical kind of girl to say the least. She avoids wearing really girly and pink things. She can also sometimes be kinda lazy but will work ward and be serious whenever it's something she must do. She puts a lot of efford when practising. In her free time, she's this girl who loves playing around and is often seen pranking people. She loves doing it so much. She has many ways, from drawing on peoples' faces when they're sleeping to putting glue in their shoes.
Jiho also rarely hangs out with other people other than her friends. She becomes very loud and cheerful when she's with them, opposite to how she's with new people. Jiho is very awkward introducing herself to people she's never met before and will just become a stuttering mess. But when they get past her awkward and quiet outer shell-AKA getting to know her better-, she'll reveal her true crazy and fun side to them. Jiho loves to tell funny jokes, too! That's why she is the moodmaker for her friends Even though some ended up in making situations awkward.. However, she's very different when she's with someone she doesn't like or when she has no friends. Jiho will become this quiet anti-social human being who will just sit there doing nothing.
Background
Growing up, Jiho had an interest in anime. She would draw anime characters in her free time, either from an existing anime or she would create her own characters. She would watch anime online and would just assume what the characters were talking about. Well, she tried learning the language but because of lazy habit, she didn't really practice much often and ended up just giving up on it. The only Japanese word she managed to know was 'arigato' (thank you) XD. But still, Jiho couldn't stand watching something that she barely understands (explain how she got into anime again? lol) but she wasn't going to learn Japanese again anytime sooner. So she came up with another plan, learning English. The reasons are one, the anime had English subtiltes and two, she thought it would be easier than Japanese.
So after quite a while of hilarous broken Engrish, she finally could speak and understand basic English. But the weird thing was that she didn't give up on it like what she did when learning Japanese. She must've been desperate. At last, she could actually enjoy animes.. unless they didn't have subtitles. But as time passed by, anime was starting to get boring for Jiho. A thing that she thought would be impossible since she liked anime so much. So for a while, Jiho didn't really had an interest anymore, but that didn't go on for long. Not long after, one of her friends introduced her to K-pop and she was hooked. When she became 11, her passion for music grew bigger and she began creating her own beats and even made lyrics to go with them. Who knew being a songwriter was so hard.. especially for an 11 year old. Haha.
Then, it hit her! For once Jiho knew what she wanted to be. She wanted to go and audition. And it's a convienient coincidence that SM Entertainment was having an audition near her place in a couple of days, haha! Anyways.. It took a while for Jiho to gain enough courage to ask her parents for permission to let her audition. At first her father disagreed and said that she should focus on her studies first and also said that she was too young to audition but her mother, being the supportive eomma she is, said that it was time for her to learn being independent for herself and that actually convinced him! Jiho felt like the happiest person alive~ (why do this sound so lame lol). Her mother went with her to the audition to give her support. Jiho was of course nervous but she took deep breaths and sang slowly to prevent her voice from cracking and stuff.
After the audition, her mom hugged her and said that she did her best. For the next few days, Jiho was eager to find out if she got casted or not, she hoped so. Then on one day, she got a phone call and moments later, Jiho was tightly hugging both of her parents. Her mother asked what's with the sudden affection and Jiho happily stated that she got casted as a SM trainee which made her mom a bit teary from happiness.

How they met?: Youngjae and Jiho met when they were at a cafe. When Jiho was picking up her cup of coffee, someone accidentally pushed from behind, causing her coffee to spill on the floor. Youngjae who saw this, went up to her and asked if she was okay and Jiho said that she was fine, the only problem is that her coffee's not. The boy then laughed a bit and offered a new cup for her, which she gladly took. Youngjae then dragged her to his table and made her sit there, which she's fine with it apparently. Before they knew it, they got to know each other better and even joked around together.
Relationship: Jiho and Youngjae would always see eachother ever since their meeting at the cafe. The two sometimes go get bubble tea together since they both love the beverage, oh so much. Trainee years: 7 years (11-17)
Trainee background: Jiho became a tranee when she was only 11. She would do her best when practising in the studio. Sometimes she would even train until late at night, just to perfect the whole dance. Some of the trainees praised her for her determination while practising while others said that she tries too hard to acomplish something that was impossible for her. And that continued for a long time, even until she was 17. Having to endure that for a good seven years, she could now handle comments like that pretty well, but that also made her very quiet and really cold at times.
