» PERSONALITY

Being the youngest daughter in a big family full of man, Ren is used to be spoiled. Living with three older brother made Ren felt really depending on them. Ren doesn't hesitate to hop in place and beg for someone to buy something that she likes for her. Although she always act like a kid, but it is just her way to express her feeling to other people. She can't hide it when she's happy or excited. But it is different if she's with stranger. She'll be as cheerful as usual, but maybe less than usual. With her loved one or friends, she doesn't hesitate to hold their hand, hug, or cling to them.

She looks as if she never has problem in her friend's eyes. But only her true friends that know the different when she is smiling in happiness or smiling to hide her sadness. She doesn't cry in public or easily tell anyone that she is sad or hurt. She usually will go to her trusted friend to cry to him/her. Or if she has no one beside her, she will go to some quiet place alone to cry. She always think letting everyone see her cry will only make them worried and she doesn't want that.

Despite all of that, Ren is very serious in chasing her dream to be an idol. When she is singing or dancing, her expression will come out naturally according to the song. When the song is y, she can be flirty and smile ily. When the song is sad, she can have an expression that she seems crying. But still, she never stop practice her dancing and singing skills. Ren doesn't mind to repeat the same move over and over again to make it perfect. Of course that including diet and work out that every girl groups have to do. Ren has a pretty athletic body, so all those work out are easy for her.

» Background

Ren was born and grew up in Qingdao. Her father, Song Li Rui, met her mother Lee Jihye 35 years ago in China. She was a tour guide back then, they met, fell in love, got married, and finally had children. Ren is the youngest daughter. She has 3 older brother, Song Jin Li, Rou Long, and Feng Kuan. As the only daughter, Ren was spoiled a lot by her father and the brothers. Every toys that she wants, she will have it. Every new hobby that she has, everyone will support her. Ren's childhood was something that every kid would dream of.

Back in China, Ren already has interest to be an idol since she was 12. The girl groups that she watches on tv look so cool for an 12 years old girl. Since then, Ren begged her father to let her join in dancing and singing class. And of course, the next day Ren already wore her short pants and t-shirt, standing in the middle of the dance class with her new friends. Two years later, there was an audition in her town. All of her friends were participating and signing up for it, only Ren didn't. She thought her skills wasn't ready for that. She wanted when she auditioned, she was ready with her dance and song.

After two years from the first audition, another company came and opened an audition, it was Jellyfish Entertainment. Finally Ren signed up for the audition and she won first place. She came home while bringing the good news to her family and starting to pack up her stuff because she will live a new life as trainee in Jellyfish, Korea, and hoping she will debut soon. A 16 years old girl finally moved to Korea alone and lived as Jellyfish's trainee. Along with the other trainee, Ren try to catch up with her dance skill, sing, and of course language too. She spent 5 and half year as trainee before she finally debut.

» PERSONALITY

As leader of VIXX, the first idol group from Jellyfish Entertainment, N does what a leader should do. He takes care of the group well, guides every detail of the dance moves, even being a mother for the other member. The man loves showing his affection toward all of the member by treating them as if they're his kids, even though Leo dislikes his skinship on cam.

N maybe all smile and looks easy, but once he feels he need to step out as leader, N definitely can show his serious face. So, the conclusion is N is a very caring and motherly leader, although sometimes the affection can be too much.

 

» INTERACTIONS

Ren's first met with N wasn't a sweet one where she was all smiling and look pretty. She met him when she was having slump during her trainee day. When she was having her monthly examination, she was told that she didn't have any progress. Although she just smiled, apologized, and promised to train harder, when the night came, Ren was the last person left in the dance room. She cried silently, confused whether she should continue or give up. She had been a trainee for 4 and half year, but she still couldn't debut. That time, N happened to saw her. N didn't ask her what happened because he was there on the examination, watching her. Silently, N rubbed her back and encouraged her to not giving up. He even offered her to train her dance skills.

Since then, both of them like to hang out if not in cafe in practice room. They both share the same passion in dancing and thanks to that, they are like best friend. When Ren was with N, she still being herself who is cheerful and sometimes does aegyo. Despite N always say on show that he likes gentle and wise girl, somehow Ren's aegyo can melt his heart. N always show a gentle smile when he's with Ren.
