I got this once. And boy did I laugh.
I simply made a 5 minute poster with the exact info given (it still looks legit mind you) and posted it with the application (which looked almost identical to yours). The reactions were priceless and I never got another spam request again :P
omg so I'm not the only one T_T
I stared at the request form reply for a few minutes trying to think of who the freak would be so free to actually spam people with this.
