[Rant] Not hating on EXO, but just...

I'm so sick of SM trying to shove them down my throat.

they're everywhere and sure nice with some screen time for exo but the problem is that there's only screen time for exo, meanwhile other groups like SHINee and f(x) is left behind.

I actually like EXO, I do, but I can slowly feel myself becoming less and less a fan of them just because of SM's lousy promotion method. Really, it's SM's fault, not EXO's.

I do think EXO deserve the attention they're getting, they work hard, sure, but on the same time it's really incredibly ing irritating to see them in SHINee's stages (god forbid SHINee performing their songs on their own) and of course they have to perform with TaeTiSeo because it's not like they get enough screen time already

meanwhile f(x) continues being SM's forgotten daughter, having to share a concert with EXO even 4 years after their debut.

No really. It's great that EXO gets attention, but what about f(x)? Groups like SNSD and SHINee and Super Junior etc. get attention too, but f(x) doesn't even have a god damned fanclub name. I don't know, but seeing it as f(x) debuted years before EXO, shouldn't they put more focus into getting f(x) out there? Because yes, they're popular, but not nearly enough as SM's other groups (no solo concerts, no fanclub name etc).

And then there's also all the annoying EXO fans - I can't even remember how many times I've read comments written about EXO fans how EXO is so much more popular than all other groups, how SNSD apparently failed 2013 because they didn't sell 1 million albums, how SHINee is going downhill and how SuJu and TVXQ are basically already out of the game.

All EXO fans are of course not like this, but an unnaturally big amount of hate comes from EXO's fans in particulairly.

I really wish SM would promote EXO in a better, less shove-them-down-our-throats-kind of way, because as it is right now, EXO doesn't only gain fans but a lot of haters.

Despite all of this, I do like EXO, and I don't think they deserve any hate, but SM is making it quite easy for them to gain anti-fans.

Sm is horrible, and they need to stop this promoting s.
I'm an f(an) and I'm sick demanding all the 'attention f(x)'s deserves'. My friend was a rather vocal person protesting her opinion about the way sm treating f(x), and she gets blocked by smtownglobal on twitter. Like... Seriously smtownglobal! Not just some roleplayer.

I'm just sick about sm and their unpredictable s.

Fans like EXO fans exist in every fandom but unfortunately some EXO 'fans' are more vocal then others. I'm not a hater of any group to be honest. Sure I may not like some but hate? Nope. I'm a lover, not a hater ^^ I love EXO and all but it does get a little...well you know when they win so many awards. I'd like to see other groups win as well for a change. Fx is a talented group and I think SM should remember the ones who bought them the fame in the first place.

Ever heard of CSJH: The Grace? Yet another group that's been forgotten it seems :/ Such a shame to since these ladies are extremely talented.

I love EXO don't get me wrong, but I don't just love them I love and support other groups as well no matter what company they come from.

Took the words right out of my mouth. This is what I've been thinking the entire day! I love TTS and seeing EXO on their stage is kinda funny.. SM just wants more money seeing how popular EXO is getting. But I've started to get annoyed at the boys even though I like EXO! It's terrible ):

This I'd so true I liked EXO since they debuted but gosh ever since they have come back I'm just so annoyed with them. Every time I see them I get so annoyed cause they are freaking everywhere! They don't need to be on everyone's freaking stage especially not SJ or SNSD they've been out long enough to not need anyone they should be on their stage helping them get more shine. I fear for the time they show up on TVXQ stage cause will go down I'm sure.
Also they annoy me cause as you said they have been out far after f(x) yet they have already had multiple stages and I think had plans for a fan club name yet all fans of f(x) are just sitting here rotting away in the basement of the SM building as their dirty little mistake. f(x) has the potential to be such an amazing group and yet they aren't being treated like it and it posses me off more and more each day. I don't like disliking EXO cause I do like them but I just can't help having this resentment towards them and it's all because, as you said, of the way they are promoted and the crazy annoying fans. And I'm sure it may seem like we are being crazy f(x) fans for saying this about EXO and being just like the fans we are talking about but the difference is we are not trashing EXO, they truly are good, no we are simply stating that the focus is too centered on them and even their main groups are being pushed aside which means our dear girls are being further pushed aside. I haven't seen much promotion for SNSD it may be because I'm not a fan of theirs and just don't notice it but I feel like it is must likely because they're not promoted that well anymore. Of course this may all be different in Korea but outside of it SM has become SMEXO Entertainment
