personality; She is very quiet and shy. She is enclosed in a little bubble that is her life, and there are not many who have popped it. She doesn't like being social. She hates it when strangers touch her, and will usually freak out. Her best friends are books and in school she is the "nerd" girl. She can't start a conversation, no matter how much she wants to. She will only talk to someone if they start the conversation, and even so it is quiet whispers and mumbling. Many people say she is modest, although she does not believe so herself. When she is very good at something and people compliment her, then she will say it is not true. This is because she honestly thinks it is not true. She knows that there is always someone better than her at everything, and that to be anything less than the best is not good enough. Because she is an only child, she grew up to be independent. She has trust issues, and will usually do school projects by herself even if it is a group project.

background; She was born Lee Mei Ting in Beaverton, OR, USA on October 26, 1995. She is an only child. She started school when she was 4 and was usually the youngest in her class. Because of her shyness, her best friends became books and she gained the title of "nerd girl". When she was 7, she started taking piano lessons. She kept practicing and practicing and eventually started trying to compose a few of her own pieces. When she was 10, new neighbors moved in next door. They were very friendly and, although her family hates to be social, they didn't want the people living next to them to have a bad impression on them. When they said hi, they waved back. When they asked to have dinner together, they agreed. The neighbors had a 12 year old son. The first time Mei Ting and him met, they didn't talk at all. She was busy reading a book while he was busy playing a game.
They go to the same school. They walk to school, and one day then he walked with her to school. She didn't notice, however, because her ears were plugged and she was looking down. She never really notices things when they are right in front of her. The next few days, they kept walking together. Aster a week, she finally noticed. Of course, she didn't care though. He kept pestering her to try to break into her bubble, and one day he did. They became the best of friends after that.
They were very close, and people who didn't know them thought they were a couple. After the many times he had heard that, he finally decided to ask her out. When she was 13 and he was 15, they became a couple. Everybody envied their relationship because they started out as best friends. They were the "nerd" couple in school. However, when she told her parents, they denied the whole idea. They said it would be horrible for her studies. They decided to send her to Hong Kong to live with her aunt and uncle. She continued her studies there, trying to forget about him since she knew her parents forbid her to have a relationship. After finishing her high school career in Hong Kong, she decided to study abroad. She got accepted into Seoul National University. She is now attending that University as one of the top students in all of her classes. Her parents heard of this and are very proud of her.

She was very tired and wasn't looking when she crosed the street. A loud car horn filled the air. She would've been hit, but a man saved her. Mr. Lee Byunghun. At first, they didn't notice the other. But then Byunghun noticed and asked if her name was Lee Mei Ting. When she asked "How did you know?" then he told her that it was him. The next day they met for coffee to catch up on each other's lives.
how they interact; He likes to backhug her. Although she protests, he still does a lot of skinship with her. He is always doing aegyo near her and, although she finds it adorable, she is always trying to tell him to stop. When passing by each other, there is never just a simple "hi" or wave. He always starts a conversation with her and talks to her a lot. When they aren't together, he is usually texting her and she will reply if she is not doing anything important. They are best friends.
