❝ description — chomeun thinks of herself as very plain in looks, she doesn't think she's anything special to look at. her hair varies from brown to black, sometimes if she wants a change she'll dye it brown, she doesn't wear contacts like some others do and from time to time she'll wear her glasses if she has to. she's not tall, or short, in fact chomeun's average in size at 163cm with the healthy weight of 52kg. a noticable feature of hers is a small mole on her collarbone, it's the only mole around her facial and upperbody area. she has a small scar, that she claims is in the shape of a fish, above her right wrist where she once broke her bone. the only remotely rebellious part of chomeun is her ears where she's had them pierced, twice on her right ear and three times on her left which includes her tragius.
 

❝ personality — ever since she was young, chomeun has been loyal to those around her, a true friend to those that stuck around her. she would never turn her back on a friend in need and even when the girls had been fighting, she was the one caught in the middle with no sides to take and two girls crying on her shoulders. she's generally a good listener and always has been, she was the girl in the group that everyone turned to when they just needed a friend to speak to...they didn't often ask for her advice, there were others in the group for that job. no matter what happened in the past, chomeun never turned her back on someone that she considered a friend and she would often be the one apologizing first if she had ever fallen out with one of them, she could never stay mad for too long and always admitted that she caused some of the fall out.

chomeun didn't have an bad bone in her body, she never longed for something and caused a big fuss when she couldn't get it nor did she crave for attention from others. that was until she arrived at high school. it was then that she began to change from the once sweet and innocent girl into a complete paranoid and obsessive monster. she felt as though she was never good enough for anyone, that no one would ever be her best friend or even want to date her. she felt as though everyone was talking about her and over the short few years in high school the paranoia started to get worse until eventually she felt as though she couldn't walk into the school. although it has improved since her graduation, chomeun still feels as though she'll never fit in. this paranoia has affected her social life and she keeps herself within a small group of friends as she's too scared to open up to other people.

despite lacking slightly in the test scores compared to her friends, chomeun is actually quite intelligent, she managed to pass every single test afterall. people might have suggested that she wouldn't get far with a career due to her average results but she definitely proved them wrong, her determination to prove them wrong made her work even harder during her college years and push herself to succeed in every single class she took. sure, math wasn't her best subject and she wasn't able to do the harder work but she was excellent at english, geography and even her foreign languages but everyone tended to overlook this during high school. even chomeun herself believed that her scores weren't good enough at the time but looking back she knows that she tried her hardest...although being reminded that she was never the top in the class and one of her friends were tends to annoy her.

like many of her friends, chomeun is very creative and she always has a new idea in her head. she could be sitting at a restaurant when an idea will suddenly pop into her head and she has no choice but to scribble it down somewhere, even on the back of her boyfriend's neck. she's always thinking outside of the box which will result in bizarre cooking recipes and the house being turned upside-down with her obsession for changing things around. she'll almost always be seen with an amazed look on her face as ideas suddenly come into her mind or as she makes up little background stories to go with strangers in the local coffee shop.

❝ trivia — chomeun was the last to join the group of friends as she didn't arrive at their high school until her second year, this made her an instant outsider to the group despite being close with ahreum and one of the other girls. she never felt as though she had a best friend throughout high school and often kept all of her secrets to herself.

chomeun first started to develop her paranoia when she heard a group of girls in the school bathroom talking about her, saying how annoying and 'ugly' she was. chomeun mistook them for her own friends but thought nothing of it, she wasn't positive that it was them afterall. her paranoia got increasingly worse after a few months when she heard from others that people were gossiping about her, some even saying that it was her own friends. the paranoia just escalated from there, she was convinced that everyone was talking about her behind her back and it got to the point where she was scared to return to school, crying every morning when her mother forced her to go. her paranoia only started to improve when chomeun seeked help from her university counsellor in china, even after that she wasn't completely fine.

after graduating from high school, chomeun left the month afterwards to study fashion design in china. although they all promised to keep in touch, chomeun was so busy with her studies and trying to learn chinese that she didn't have enough time to reply to messages and within two months she had lost all contact with her old friends.

for a while, chomeun was obsessed with western food and she spent most of her money, which she earned from working in a coffee shop, until she couldn't afford to eat anymore. now that she's back from china, she has a new obsession for traditional korean dishes especially things with chicken in it. she drinks a lot of coffee now too, her favorite being a caramel latte. chomeun isn't a big fan of bubble tea, unlike a lot of other people.

after being in china for six months, one of chomeun's friends bought her a kitten for company in her small apartment since at the time she had trouble speaking to people, she still has the cat and she spends most of her free time with it when she's not with her boyfriend.

her undying love for her boyfriend is obvious to anyone as she constantly speaks about him when they're not together, this is the complete opposite to when they first met and could barely make eye-contact without it being awkward. she didn't think much of him back then.

chomeun often forgets things, including birthdays and other important dates so anyone that goes into her house will find at least three calanders with important dates marked on them. they'll also notice that most of the time she has little notes written down on her arm in pen or she'll have little post-it notes placed all around the appartment to remind her of something. typically she needs four notes to remind her of a dentist appointment.

when she fist arrived in china, she really disliked the food and it took her a couple of months before she could eat most of the traditional dishes without feeling sick. now she's so used to them that she often makes her boyfriend cook them for her or she'll try herself, with a little twist of course.

chomeun now works in a small clothing boutique, she'll often sit behind the cash register and draw her own little designs though as she hopes one day that she'll be working for a real clothing company, designing clothes for them. 

chomeun has a real fear of heights, it's probably one of the worst things for her to go on a plane which completely ruins her plans for travelling the world someday.

chomeun often does a lot of exercise, it's something that she usually does with her boyfriend but if he's not there then she'll do less than normal and sit down with a hot cup of tea in front of the television instead.

❝ personality — yixing is one of the good guys out there. it's extremely hard not to like him once you get to know his personality a little more. he's very caring and not just towards his friends or people that he cares deeply about, yixing could walk outside and be caring towards the next stranger walking past. at first this seemed to annoy people because they would be walking in the street and he would suddenly stop to help a young child that was lost or even a puppy. yixing's really a er for cute things in need of a helping hand, he just can't resist. he's even worse around those close to him, if they so much as sneeze once he'll be all over them, checking for a deadly disease or making a hot bowl of soup to clear up their nose.

as well as being caring, yixing's a really friendly character. he's always making small talk with people that he meets, asking them how their day went and so on as if he had known them for years. he'll never leave a place without feeling like he had just spoken to an old friend and most of the time when he returns to that place, they're even happier to see him again. yixing finds it extremely easy to make friends and so he never struggles when visiting new countries, even if he can't speak the language he manages to befriend the locals and they'll help him out with anything. if anyone ever needed a shoulder to cry on, yixing's the guy to speak to and he'll probably end up cheering them up.

as if being caring and friendly wasn't enough, yixing's probably one of the happiest guys you'll ever meet. he rarely complains about things and if he does it'll be something like 'i'm so tired' or 'my back hurts'. this makes his relationships with people even better as he barely ever has an argument. yixing is able to find the good in one of the worst situations, and even if he can't for whatever reason, he's sure to make that person feel even better about themselves and less bad about whatever has happened. it's a talent of his, getting people to look more at the good and less at the bad no matter what it is. this also means that it's rare to see him angry or upset, think of it as an achievement if you ever do see this happy guy in a bad mood, afterall everyone has those days.

the only major downside to yixing is that he is extremely ambitious, he'll pretty much do anything to get what he wants in life. he never dreams of the small stuff, only the big things like owning a company or having more money than any of his friends. he's always looking to do better but he's never really disappointed. this side of him makes him competitive and more serious than he usually is. yixing's ambition craze can range from getting the perfect christmas present to getting a major promotion at work.

❝ relationship — yixing and chomeun first met during her first year at university, and his second, through one of her friends from the same course that yixing was doing. they had both been invited out for something to eat and coincidentally they were sat opposite each other at the end of the table. for the duration of the meal, they barely even looked at each other and chomeun was not impressed with him. this was so unlike yixing that his friends were extremely worried for him, thinking that he was going through some crisis. after discovering that he wasn't really having some mental breakdown, he admitted to his friends that he was far too nervous in front of chomeun because she was so pretty. knowing that chomeun wouldn't go out alone with yixing due to her paranoia, her friends invited her out again and this time yixing made small talk with her. six months went by like this with the two only having small talk before chomeun finally gave her number to him.

after a year and a half of knowing one another, yixing finally had enough courage to ask her out on a date which went successful enough with both of them leaving with a big smile on their face. two dates later and chomeun finally trusted yixing enough with her big secret about her paranoia and being scared of people in general at the time. he promised that he would help her with her paranoia, introducing her to various people over a few months until he was brave enough to ask her to be his girlfriend, right before he was graduating from the university. despite being very anxious, chomeun agreed but on the condition that yixing wouldn't leave the city until she had graduated the university which was two years away. yixing kept to his promise and stayed in the exact same apartment that he had been in throughout his years at university, although he really couldn't wait to leave the small box apartment and explore new places. after a very heated argument with chomeun over this, which consisted of her throwing magazines and measuring tapes at his head for wanting to break his promise while he cowered in the kitchen, he decided to take a month away from the city.

a year after graduating, aged twenty-three, chomeun found out from a friend that yixing was back in china for a short time before he had to go back to his job in south korea. unable to hide her excitement at the news, their mutual friend invited him to the exact same restaurant that they had first met in, without mentioning that chomeun would be there, and claimed that it was for a birthday surprise of another friend. after arriving and finding out that there was no actual surprise, yixing wasn't exactly happy to see chomeun again after their argument that ended things between them and repeatedly apologized to her for breaking his one promise. being a complete er for his good looks, chomeun agreed to give things another try.

it took them almost two years to get back to the way that things used to be as chomeun was so cold towards him at first and they argued for two months straight before their differences were resolved. since then, they barely ever argue and they always give one another space so that they don't feel too crowded, afterall living in the same apartment isn't easy.

❝ trivia — yixing can play piano and has been able too since he was a child, although he doesn't really play it anymore now that he's older and has a job.

he works in one of the top banks of south korea, but he's not very high up in promotions. he still gets paid a good amount.

yixing always wanted a puppy but had to give up that dream as chomeun already has a cat, instead he had to settle for one of those fluffly dog plushies.

he really can't tie a tie.

his favorite kind of food is beef, but he'll never complain at getting any other kind of food. as long as it doesn't poison him and it tastes good, he'll eat it.

he was born in beijing and lived there for seven years before he moved to korea for four, he then moved back to beijing when his father's job didn't work out like they had hoped it would.

he knows someone that's involved in the wedding from his past, (possibly jongin?) but he hasn't told chomeun yet because she's already nervous about things.

he's fluent in chinese and korean as well as being able to speak basic japanese phrases.

while travelling after breaking up with chomeun, he visited japan, england, america and singapore using up all of his savings before he settled in south korea with his job.
