Okay, so has anybody gotten a straight perm before? I'm curious. My mom wants me to get one, and I'm not entirely against it. It's just that, I already have straight hair. It's pretty frizzy, and I have a lot of tangles. It gets tangled just from me walking from one of my classes to the next. Even though I brush my hair, it's full of tangles when I brush it five minutes later. It starts curling slightly at the ends, and like I said, it's frizzy. It's more frizzy in the back in the front, but I think that's because I see the frizz in the front and try taking care of it.

So, let me rephrase my question. Has anyone with already naturally straight hair gotten a straight perm before? What were the results like, and we're you happy with them?

I'm also thinking about getting bangs, but that's a different story.

My hair is a little longer than shoulder-length, in case that's important.
