My Experience with ONE GREAT STEP with INFINITE in DUBAI.

First of all, I was very very VERY nervous the days before the concert. Why? Because I could say it was a MIRACLE and a BLESSING to be in the SAME CONCERT HALL with INFINITE. There was a warm sparkling feeling that grew inside my heart every time I sang to every song they performed. I literally sang to EVERY SONG because I knew all of them! What surprised me was the other fans who were just waving their banners and not singing along. They only sang most to the major songs of their album(Destiny, Man In Love, Paradise, BTD, etc etc.).

I was kinda guilty to those who I have caused trouble. I blocked people’s view(LOL), stood on my seat to get a better view(because the people in front of me were blocking my own view), and stepping on people’s foot(haha ok) but I guess they enjoyed themselves as much as I did. The concert started at 8 pm then ended at 10pm(?), until then, there was a massive impact on the fans, every time they appeared on stage, whether they were going to talk, dance or whatever. Funny, because I was seriously inwardly laughing at the member’s english skills. Especially, Sunggyu, Hoya and Dongwoo. Hoya and Dongwoo had that ‘OK’ level of English speaking. I’m guessing I’m not the only one who was thinking of the ‘Engrish’ accent of kpop idols. According to what I saw, some people were hurt because the members threw mini teddy bears, roses, touched-with-sweat towels to the crowd. I, myself didn’t get hurt but ALMOST got Hoya’s towel :(

I noticed Sungjong was a bit off today. (He had flawless english, and he called us ‘Princesses’ haha, even though he looks like one). He was barely smiling, I guess they were really tired. Sungyeol had a lot of energy, Myungsoo just kept closing his eyes and well the rest were just fine. Woohyun was typically himself that night, showing the usual love all he could to the crowd. 

I was jealous of that girl who got Myungsoo’s bear(which he kissed) which was thrown by Sungyeol lol. Fans got wild with that Myungyeol moment there. (I don’t ship them anymore haha ok)

All I could say is it’s a big blessing because I only have 5 months remaining here in Dubai and I’m glad I was able to experience this before I fly away for college(Philippines gets lots of chances with kpop concerts tho :)) It was sad because it was their LAST STOP of their journey and for me, 3 hours didn’t seem to be enough. It was too fast. Now I know how it felt like to see them with my own eyes in front of me, like 3(?) meters away from me, it was a complete 360 degree difference from watching them on livestreams, youtube and on TV. I am very grateful for those people who were able to bring them here. Dubai is very thankful that they have recognized the country and was able to end their world tour here. Lots of people from different regions came, Abu Dhabi is a very far city from Dubai. I saw some from Singapore and met some who came from Canada. This is the greatest gift I could ever get. I was able to see the people who thought me this:

"Nothing happens when you don’t stand up, fight and work hard. In order to reach your dreams, you have to make sure that every sweat, blood and tear was worth it. No pain, no gain" -This was said by no one but it was according to my point of view.

Sounds cliche and dramatic but I am not kidding, seriously. Infinite is very very different from bands that you see there. This is the most amazing experience and thank you Infinite for letting me see you atleast from afar then in front. Because of this, not only I have made wonderful memories with INFINITE, I made precious memories with my friends, schoolmates, and with the new people I met there. Once again, I think every single fangirl should experience what I have. Let me know what it felt like to be in my shoes.
