my careless cousin

I went to my grandma's today because she's sick. As her granddaughter, I'm worried about her. So, it was past lunch by the time my mom and I got here (yes I'm sleeping over). And we discovered that Nanay (it means 'mother' in tagalog, but we call our grandma that) had not eaten yet and my 14-year-old cousin wasn't home. I was like "Okay what the hell is wrong with you?! Our grandmother is sick, no, TOO DAMN SICK. She can't even walk properly because she's too freaking weak, and you're not home? HOW THE FREAKING HELL ARE YOU MORE MATURE THAN ME?!" But of course, it was only in my mind.

My mom gave me permission to sleep and take care for the night. She left before my cousin came home. 2 hours later, she arrived and I asked where she went to, she said she hanged out with a friend at a milk tea shop.

Seriously, what the hell is wrong with you?!

Then I asked if she knew about our grandma being sick. She said yes.

A small rant came out of me unexpectedly. "You knew about it, then why did you leave?"

"I asked her if it was okay and she said yes. Plus, I don't have anything to do here, and Nanay doesn't want to take her meds because she thought she's going to get overdosed from those heaps of meds."

Woah there . You should have convinced her to at least eat. ARE YOU EVEN HUMAN?!

Then she confessed to me that she and her guy best friend (more like future boyfriend coughs4thboyfriendinayearcoughs) had a fight.

Ah, so that's why you had to talk to a friend.

NOT ACCEPTABLE .

The world isn't all about you.

Her friend stayed a little more at the house. Tatay (our grandpa) asked me to cook dinner. So yeah I freaking cooked dinner with my new (impromptu) recipe. I had to search up the nutritional contents of my ingredients so Nanay could eat something heallthy. And my cousin didn't even bothered. Yeah I understand that she had a guest, but hell, they were discussing about her lovelife.

I'm 16, but I never had a boyfriend because I'm not allowed to (she isn't allowed either but looky she had 3 already). But even if I did have one, I'd still put my family first.

My cousin, the ever-so-girly, no appreciation to music, anime and video games, and shoppaholic

- and the reason why I like music, anime and video games so much, save money to buy books, and wear my brother's old clothes.
