They were already dating for four months before the original rumors came out in September. Myungsoo wanted to come out with the relationship when it was first discovered, but since Infinite just kicked off their first world tour, Woollim probably didn't think it was a good idea to let out such bad news, so they lied. A day or so ago, Doyeon made a big tweet about the whole fiasco, saying she couldn't keep silent any longer because of all the ill treatment she was getting from sasaengs. Woollim had no choice but to reveal the truth and apologized. Most fans are angry because they were lied to and the fact that Doyeon appears to be an attention seeker who didn't care very much for Myungsoo.

Some said that they're still couples and some said that they already broke up. I saw a lot of "Doyeon's explanation" on twitter and I don't know which one is true.

Myungsoo and doyeon did dating each other.. but doyeon and woolim admit that they never see each other since the rumors being spread and after Infinite's world tour.. so woolim considered that the relationship is over between myungsoo and doyeon..

They say they are no longer in contact with each other since ogs started. So I believe. That this is just a rumour
